What irony here! I don't know that there is a more "religious" teaching in the Church today than the "law" of tithing. Think about the points in this sermon. 1. Religion brings condemnation, Jesus brings celebration. Want to bring on heaping amounts of condemnation? - don't tithe. Where is the joy and celebration that comes with following the Holy Spirit as he leads us in giving? 2. Religion brings obligation - Jesus brings transformation. What greater obligation do we have to the church than to tithe? Are we still requiring new members to sign a pledge (oath) to tithe before they can join? Jesus brings transformation to our hearts that changes us from selfishness to generosity, to giving with joy and cheerfulness. Jesus is better than religion because he replaces the old ways of the law with the new way of life in the Spirit. He replaces the Law with grace. On a side note, Abraham tithed to Mel. It is the only time that is recorded that he ever tithed. And at the time he did not tithe from his own possessions. On the one hand we teach we are free from the law - all of them except for the one.
Great sermon! I grew up in the Catholic Church not knowing the truth until Oct 13,2021 I got saved. This sermon made me think of my catholic family and friend they are under the law and so many rules. I hope more people will come to Jesus without trying to add to the gospel. It’s a gift! Praise the Lord Jesus Christ! ✝️
What is a Godly human? First ask yourself what is the meaning or personal interruptation 'of Godly'. No religion is required here, and I say this with respect to all religions. As personal is our human experience, is as personal is our relationship with our creation's Creator. That which created everything's All, created you, your breath...and is living and breathing with and within you. No where is God not. And everywhere God is. The Sovereign Christos is borne into the Nature of All, as it was borne into the man and holy Christ Jesus. Jesus came and by example, being in the Will and the Way of God and became God's Man. Everything you need Is with and within you 'I AM THAT I AM WITH YOU' The truth and the true Nature of God has a heart and a pulse beating along with you. Just as Spring brings forth Life, God is as One Prepareing the Way That your Will find And walk to the beat that brings the breath along with you. This is the miracle of creation. This is the life giving 'patterning sound' creating Word Jesus came to share with us. In the beginning Was the Word And the Word was with God And the Word was in God As His exampler, Jesus came into the world, to be that, mirroring the same heart of God. I just stumbled on your video. There are so many speakers that titalize but you asked the question. I am praying that you realize the Spirit shows us the Son through conviction, repentance and faith. I have yet to hear preachers ask about what the Spirit has already accomplished through brokenness and a contright heart done at home or in a quiet place? Personally I loved your work, God Bless. Great. Of why Dan is omitted, a pastor explained it has to do with Joseph, kind of having two sons or... don't remember well. In Genesis, Joseph says "in the last days, Dan would 'undermine' his brethren". These could be the reasons.
He has talent,but the theatrics, yelling, and overkill preaching loses the message,, I think he’s trying to imitate Johny hunt , and it’s a bit to much,, but I respect his being a pastor, and I’m sure it works for many, , so that’s good.
Romans 6 is a pretty good explanation of why baptism is a necessary in the process of putting on Christ. Putting on the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ is a singular event the apostle Paul delineates in Romans 6 in his discussion on sinning willfully; "what should we say are we to continue in sin so that grace may increase may it never be how should we who died to sin still live in it? Or do you not know that all of us who have been baptized into Christ Jesus have been baptized into his death? Therefore; we have been buried with him through baptism into death, so that as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the father, so we also might walk in newness of life; for if we have become united with him in the likeness of his death, certainly we shall also be in the likeness of his resurrection, knowing this that our old self was crucified with him, in order that our body of sin might be done away with so that we would no longer be slaves to sin. For he who has died, is freed from sin. Now if we have died with Christ we believe that we should also live with him knowing the Christ having been raised from the dead is never to die again death no longer is master over him for the death that he died he died to sin once for all, but the life that he lives, he lives to God even so consider yourself to be dead to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus. Therefore; do not let sin reign in your mortal bodies so that you obey it's lusts...". Pretty explanatory... We are buried with Him and raised with Him through baptism, OBVIOUSLY, if you don't believe your just getting wet... but it is most definitely a necessary part of salvation.
Soooo, there is also historical evidence that the bible has been plagiarized and used as a means of control by the state rulers. I bet yall are having fun practicing stolen and false beliefs but lets be for real now guys, its getting kinda old.
