Hi there! Welcome to my channel! My name is Jeni and I am so happy you stopped by! I live in Michigan with my toddler Franklin. You will find me in the kitchen cooking up some delicious, but easy recipes! I hope to give you a little recipe inspiration and help you create a wonderful meal for your friends and family.
Hi I made this recipe but when it was done it had a lot of water in it I had to drain all the water out of the pan, can you tell me why that happened? i cook the lentils on high for 15 minutes and i followed the recipe just the way you showed it on the video could you tell me what i did wrong? please get back to me asap thanks
My daughter is making these now :-). They sound yummy. FYI your written recipe on your site lists nutmeg as an ingredient but in the instructions doesn't list when to add it. Your video does though. May want to edit the instructions... oh also quantity of nuts isn't the same.
Hey Jenny (sorry if spelled ...wrong?) So, where have you been girl? Are you still with us? Does anyone know what happened to our beloved Jenny? It seems you have not posted a video in almost a year now. I care. Hope you're ok. I am sure I am not the only one who wonders where you are, if you're ok, and when you're going to share more videos. Miss you, come back. ;-) Lee
Wow!! This looks delicious. I love the concept of a good casserole! Your clear presentation makes it look so easy I am definitely going to give this a try! I’d like to learn lots of different ways to make casseroles. I also make cooking videos! I love learning new recipes and tips from talented creators like you! I hope we can learn more from each other as we grow.
I watched your video. I did it a little bit different. I had the nopalitos with pico de gallo ( chopped onions, tomatoes, cilantro and jalapeño chiles in vinegar). I boiled first the nopales and I added the pico de gallo. Once I fried the tofu, I added the nopalitos. Served with corn tortillas and avocado too. Thanks
It’s the same way we make it in Mexico... Today Im gonna put soy chorizo and potatoes in my quesadillas ❤️ I have soy chorizo from TJ and I wasn’t sure how to cook it, thank you girl!
