Completely dependent on lineup to function. The best way to play it is rotating around ally top tower creep camps without taking any xp from safelane enabling you to very frequent apply massive pressure on enemy offlane and basically zoning them out or killing them effectively giving your safelane free farm WHILE almost farming as fast on camps. More over your pos 5 saves sentries for blocking offlane big camp, because you will be farming it ^^.

In regards to laning, why not go with a circlet instead of three branches if you are going to be maxing scream, so you can build into a talisman in lane and have more sustain to flash farm on a matchup where you can't stay in lane much. It also might open you up to using scream more at lvl 1 to secure last hits and harass at the same time. Incentivizing resource trading for farm on the first 4 waves can get you that bottle that much faster. Also a value point on dagger or at least holding the second point on blink can come in handy a lot, since lane fights don't tend to be long enough to warrant more than one blink, but an extra slow can be the difference between an enemy walking away or dying to right clicks during a gank
