Honestly this isn't that appealing, I worked with the full arch department at Glidewell and they messed up alot of patients cases . Now I work in a higher end lab where we do overnight milling and surgeries, from my experience now we use better materials and acrylic to make your Ao4 looks more efficient and natural. This looks like fake teeth , you want to create the illusion on a patients mouth to make them feel good about their teeth not looking fake but realistic as possible and that's what creates a perfect smile
so to be clear, a frame can not be made by a 4 axis milling machine? Or could i make a frame roughly with the milling machine and then perfect it with hand?
How does one get into school to do this sort of thing? I have an eye for this sort of thing, and a true desire to help people have a natural beautiful looking smile.
What about if someone like myself that has a overbite with them being buck teeth as well due to my front teeth floating outwards after I lost my back teeth. Can they fix it a little with my dentures ?

% years later what has been your observation with bonded zirconia veneers? Initial appearance is basically meaningless. How does the bond hold up over time?

I arrived in the Philippines from Canada just to avail of your well known and excellent services in "Gerochi Dental Clinic" located in Makati City. Your successful surgery and Dental Implant which took you only one hour and a half to complete is incredibly quick considering that you implanted eight (8) screws in my jaw bone within the two (2) hours of my sleep. The other 4 hours of dental preparation such as X-Ray, prepping of teeth that were done by your dental staff is rated as excellent and I congratulate them for doing a wonderful job. I am impressed by the Dental Implant you did because I was never in pain during the whole process of the operation and you completed the Dental Implant in just one hour and a half which is incredibly fast. Even the Anaesthologist, Dr. Jun Casilang who assisted you in the surgery assured me before the surgery and before he injected me to sleep that the surgery will be finished in a very short period of time because of your extraordinarily fast method of doing the surgery. I also admire Dr. Jun Casilang because he was very nice to me and made me comfortable with his assurances about the operation which removed all my worries and anxieties about what was about to happen. I am thanking him for that and please convey my thanks to him also. All the other procedures such as the prepping of teeth, X-ray of the teeth, fixing the bridge, and other Dental Implant procedures were done in just one setting due to the in-house laboratory within your Dental Office equiped with modern and high technological tools not available in many other Dental Clinics the Philippines. At any rate all the time spent in the process were done within a short period of time and were completed by doing eight (8) Dental implants within a single setting. I never expected to have taken a bowl of soup of my dinner one hour after the surgery. No wonder that your Dental Clinic was rated as the top Dental Clinic so many times, over and above all other Dental Clinics in the Philippines. You did the surgery so well that I never felt any pain at all before and after the surgery, except for the injections given to make me sleep. Up to now, 6 days after the surgery, I never took any of the painkiller pills prescribed for me because the painkiller is not needed because I don't feel any pain. As of today I have already taken the 15th of the 20 antibiotic pills to avoid infections and I will continue taking the pills until completed as required. Thanks a lot again and I will be visiting your Dental Clinic today November 19, 2019 at 5:00 P.M. for the final check-up of my Dental implant before I leave Manila tomorrow. By the way, I will be wearing a beautiful smile tonight in a dinner invitation at the buffet restaurant to devour all the steaks and other delicacies with my newly built dentures which are now very strong and powerful.
