Full-time LA-based graphic designer with a penchant for the creative. I hope my life (and resulting creative endeavors) encourages people to embrace creativity and slow, abundant living.
I'm calling it now, if you keep at it, youre going to be a huge RU-vidr. your thumbnail popped up on my recommended, and I'm very selective with what I watch, but your thumbnail hooked me, and so did the others on your page. You also have a lot of raw talent with shots, and a natural presence on camera. Keep at it, work on storytelling, keep practicing and uploading, and you'll get there.
Oh my gosh, your comment actually made my day!! Thank you so much for taking time to watch and then comment. This means the world to me! You are so kind.
It’s really funny thinking about this and how I see it in my own life. 3 years ago, how my parents or siblings would describe me is probably radically different than it would be today. Maybe then, the way to break out of labels, or really any idea we have of ourself, is to really test it against the pressure of experience. It’s funny though, when “change” gets levied on you like it’s a bad thing. We’re supposed to!
This was a good brain-tickler, I must say. Very interesting how boxing ourselves in to one specific category is basically a self-fulfilling prophecy that we have EVERY RIGHT to stop in its tracks, but rarely do. It’s way easier to just continue to let that box build around you rather than deciding to grab the crowbar and break it open.
Brilliant video! I saw the design elements you used and was like hmmm she got an eye for graphic design! This was very visually pleasing and thought provoking, thanks for making this and keep going!
I love this! We tend to be drawn to what we like, and sometimes, because of this, we end up with a small collection of similar items 😅, looking in your wardrobe before purchasing anything can lead to a pleasant surprise 😊
So beautifully edited!! Oh the shaking-you know you’re either passionate or have stage fright😂. I shake like this when I’m gift giving something I’ve thought so much about!
I’ve recently found music to be a source of inspiration too. Some songwriters are really good at putting you in a time and a place with both the actual riffs, beats and melodies, while mixing in heady, descriptive lyrics. The picture that combination paints sometimes just has to be explored visually
