Well i will start by saying that It is definitely a fabulous design, I loved the whole concept and how it just flowed and ended in a fantastic way!!....On the other hand, I am currently working on a project for my portfolio as an illustrator and I really didn't have much idea how to start, and yes I am working on a project exactly like this creating a fictitious brand, and your video really helped me a lot to find a North, I have a lot of notes and other things, but this definitely gave me a basis as a better guide to move forward! thank you so much!!
I came across your work on Dribble. 🎀 Truly great work! I was also amazed by the spinning animation of the can. Can you please tell me what program to use for this?
Absolutely beautiful work!!! For anyone struggling with AI I recommend Von Glitschka‘s channel, the GOAT of Illustrator teaching, for some tips and hacks
❤ Always good to keep learning new tools like ai and animation. Love the characters (childrensbook maybe), the animations work great. The lines in the background feel a bit off...maybe it is just a bit too much in combinatie with the sharp geostyle and grainy shadow but it is original. Super! Cheers
Man, what a series this was. I loved every video of the process. I really enjoy this longer format, more in depth. It would be great to see more of this.
Loving it! Happy to catch your videos and process! Your illustrations are insane and got a really sick flow! I would like to see you try two things: 1. Deepen the green to match the value contrast of the blue and pink, which i think really works well. 2. Shrink back the ilulustrations just a tad, personally i liked having them centered with a little bit of white space and their own shadow at the bottom, as in the beginning of this episode! Mad props and much love from sweden!
Man, I'm loving every step of the process! I would love to hear you talk a little bit more about how you come up with ideas for graphic elements to go with the designs (like the lines and the flowers). I usually make the main illustration and feel like I want to add elements around or behind it, but it takes too much time to think of something. About the designs: I feel like the flowers on the first package feel a little "too sloppy", specially when compared with the second design. The first looks very "iconic", whereas the second felt more planned, based on a real flower, if that makes sense. Thank you for the videos, man. Love your work! <3
I love it! Really great to see you work and see the design getting better and better. Tiny note from a coffee geek - "sun -dried" is not a term used in coffee, try replacing it with something like "natural process" (which is basically drying the beans in the sun) :)
I love the way you position towards your decisions, you make yourself very clear and keep it on simple terms. I find your content to be very constructive for beginner design students to understand the process.
