Enjoyed the simulation. UConn 30-0 run is etched in my mind. Just no weakness and always can have any player step up should one have an off night. New subcriber Good Job!
Shocker, UConn wins. They were scarily dominant. More dominant than any team I’ve ever seen. Other teams are going to be so thankful they’re losing most of their starters.
@adamnordmark7709 And they're quietly reloading again. Just pulled off a coup in getting top 15 recruit McNeely. They now have 3 big time freshman coming in to add to a strong sophomore class that's a year better and they might pull two highly coveted transfers. Add this to their best 6th man, a super athletic 5 who shared time and even started when Clingan was hurt and they might bring back one of their best players Alex Karaban. Insane!
These youngsters didn't mention the new foreign players nor the returning non starters. Highly ranked foreign new players. And no mention of Larsson! WOW Also "the third best team in Lloyd's tenure? This, on paper, is the best! No clue-educate yourselves, youngsters.
Easy with the generational talk in regards to Avery. He could have massive games but he could also disappear. I think/hope they will be a middle of the pack team.
Big East moves to 18 team configuration: Val snags Stanford & Cal now... Throws in the Zags and USF as complementary travel partners. Picks up the dregs of the 2024 ACC implosion with Duke, ND, & Cheatin' ass S'cuse. East UConn - Providence - St Johns - Syracuse - Seton Hall - Nova - Gtwn - Duke - Xavier West Stanford - USF - Cal Berkeley - Gonzaga - Creighton - DePaul - Marquette - ND - Butler
Hmmm. Conferences will focus on new scheduling schemes. The use of pods, clustering games per trip, use of travel partnering, etc. will lessen the burdens and frequency of travel. It's merely time to get a bit more creative. Change is constant...gonna miss those S'cuse v Miami regional rivalries. 3 guys - 3 conferences? Fellas - there are still 5 basketball power conferences ( BEast, B1G, B12, SEC, ACC). Pitt? no way... Leaving Marquette off these teams? No way... Mat - emphasis on BE, Matt - emphasis on ? , Sam - emphasis on revenues. nice exercise though.
Loved the talking points, but Ray from GCU didn't transfer because he'd have to sit a year and has NBA aspirations. Declared then backed out this season, so I'd expect him to dominate this year. #lopesup
We never said they wouldn't add. Just the clear conclusion that what has transpired so far is problematic. The portal has been mostly drained. Thanks for watching!
