There you will be FORCED to RUB SHOULDERS and occupy the same spaces and breathe the same air as these UNWASHED, UNCIVILIZED, WOEFULLY IGNORANT, VIOLENT BEASTS and MONSTERS who make their HOMES and HOVELS in the rest of what constitutes a CARIBBEAN OPEN SEWER posing as and pretending to be a 'Tropical Pradise'. I would rather live in a CARDBOARD BOX with FOLD-OUT WINDOWS out in THE BUSH somewhere - Thank You very much! 🥵
I feel like people fail to realize that there are extremely exclusive areas in this country. $5000 USD aint shit. And some of these people are cynical af. Fam, if you're paying that price, you should have maintenance included. Where they're from, and even in Trinidad, that's usually the case or something similar. It isn't ridiculous to want a gardener.
While this maybe a great place to live there is nothing modern about the interior of this apartment. It is very dated and needs to be gutted and redesign and brought into the 21 century.

what a sweet lady! and reasonable also! unlike all other americans who are so picky! husband though thinks a lot and demands a lot! he can simply order more rail for the balcony, things don't come as he wishes and he can afford to improve them!
lovely house , but a bit flash and would be a sitting target for robbery as it is very noticeably making a grand statement, being in Trinidad with such disparities between haves and have nots.. not a good idea unless in a gated community of course. Thinking of security and safety concerns. Otherwise really gorgeous house well built, planned and detail finishing. Love that wrought iron throughout the house and landscaped garden ... Beautiful Trinidad.

As for the garden needing a gardener...maybe his wife needs to get off her behind as she has plenty of time while the children are at school. If he is working at bringing in the money at the least she can spend an hour a day trimming.
