This channel is an extension of the PEER (Partnership for Environment Education and Rural Health) Program at the Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine. I didn't realize the organs would be removed and only expected a tubal ligation, like with humans! Live and learn. I've also had mostly male dogs, or already spayed females. My new girl dog is recovering from her surgery this morning, and I've learned now to be extra careful with her as she heals! Thank you.
