I produce dark green undiluted avocado oil and even though i know its good for hair, i just didn't realise it was magic until a few customers started talking of getting their edges grow back in leas than a month, without even using it everyday Coconut oil is also great for hair and penetrates deep into the hair bonding to the keratin in the hair. I produce coconut oil and discovered that the fermented smelly one works like magic as compared to normal coconut oil.
I loved LOVED this whole video! My hair has changed so much with menopause, but I will not give up! Twists are my life! I’m learning that I need to retwist every other day. I do use the comb badly, so I will learn to finger detail primarily. And I just made my own flaxseed gel- added rosemary oil- to use on my ancestors! Thank you!🙏🏾

I remember as a child my mom would put my sister and I’s hair in twist and mini plats all the time and our hair was so long, now as a person that had Locs for 13yrs this makes so much sense. I recently combed mine out and my hair is so long and curly, I plan on growing it out longer and doing mini twists. Thanks for sharing. More hair to you babes
