Hi, I'm Alicia and welcome to my business channel!
I founded and own a company called Equilibria, Inc. It's a 16-year-old global operations management consulting firm. 16 years in business is no small feat!
My specialty is in designing processes that help fast-growing companies scale with less pain. I do this through business infrastructure. In fact, my company is the world's largest repository on business infrastructure.
When I first started this channel on RU-vid, the intent was to use it solely as a means of storing videos that could be embedded into websites. However, that is changing! You can start expecting to see more instructional, demo and product review videos uploaded.
Please subscribe so that you can know exactly when new content is uploaded.
Thanks so much for your time and for joining my tribe of #SmoothOperators!
Emotional connections are key to engaging an audience. Excited to hear Michael's tips on creating authentic and impactful marketing videos. Storytelling is definitely the way to go! 👍👍👍
The Toyota Way is the book that guided me to my career. Thank you Dr. Liker. In 2008 after graduating 1 year, I still have not defined my passion until I found LEAN , Toyota philosophy. This knowledge is not only helping me at work but also helping me improve myself better everyday
Came across the author and his book for my internship and trying to leave them on the best footing i can for the future as a manufacturing engineer. Its great to hear from the author as always. Also bought paul akers book
my sister how are you doing??? I am a blind man who was shot to the head with a 12 gauge pump shotgun. They left me totally blind back in 1991. I started a nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation. Call changed people today. I must admit, I am so late in the game right now, because when I started this organization, I was being under a lot of different churches, and everybody was just talking about how this stuff was just ministry. But years later, after having to deal with the IRS and sending paperwork and everything I figured out that it was more than what they were just telling me. Today I am really trying to get my organization of the ground and I'm just having a hard time understanding certain things about business. I really wish that I could talk to you some more directly where I can share my story with you and tell you more about where I'm at right now because I do at least have product in my business that has not made money just yet. It is a little bit more of a challenge of me being a blind man what are the teams just yet, but I will not give up my dream at all because I see my destiny, but I do know that I'm a need a little help. I can be reached at St. Louis Missouri at 314-9 25-8853. I do have a website you can read more about me at changed people today.org! I am speaking through an iPhone and I'm hoping the words come out right. My sister, if you could take a little time to call me and maybe just give me a little bit more direction I'm gonna dig and do whatever I have to do to be successful. I was 18 when I got shot and 25 when I got started in his organization. Now at 50 years old I have no time to waste if I'm gonna get to my destiny. The website again is changed people today.oh are G! I would love to talk to you and just get more business Termanology of the words I heard you saying about business so I could really educate myself quicker in a little bit and get started doing the things that I need to do. Thank you and God bless you and I look forward to hearing from you and happy new year
Dear Alicia and Dr liker, I thank you very much for this very fruitful and insightful 1 and a half hour session… I did not see the time passing as I was so listening and “breathing“ each part of this Q&A session on lean leadership based on the Toyota way . Although am from a corporate and banking treasury background, I could still relate to the session as am busy setting up an IB startup and have been viewing RU-vid vids of Mike Rotler on Kata during the last few days before coming across your top video!!! Am buying the book and reviewing your RU-vid video again and again… so much food for thought and to try to apply in my context. Thanks and regards Joel from Mauritius island… in the Indian Ocean … Still on earth..😊
I saw someone recommended *godhakz01* that he’s the best and can get me Bitcoins.... I need to pay off my bills. I messaged him through te:le:gr:am this morning and he explained to me how his service works then I thought of trying him and I was extremely happy that I got 40BTC as my profit payout 🎁🥰

If there is one thing I have learned recently about cryptocurrency is to remain calm, especially when it comes to Bitcoin. Learn not to sell in a panic when everything goes down and not to buy in euphoria when everything goes up. I advise y'all to forget predictions and start making a good profit now because future valuations are all speculations and guesses. The market is not predictable and you can not tell if it's going bearish or bullish. While myself and others are trading without fear of making loss others are being patient for the price to come up. It all depends on the platform you trade with. I was able to make 6.5BTC from 1.2BTC by implementing trades and information from Charlotte Jayden, She guild and trade for newbie who don’t understand how trading work. You can reach her on Tele gram (@Katelynejmont) for any crypto information

Just found you guys via a Google search! How do you decide which plans you recycle or do you only keep the final versions? Where did you get the laundry hamper? Great video 😊
Thanks so much for asking that question. We recycled plans that were older than 10 years. We also make sure there's a digital copy of each plan before deciding to recycle. Some of the plans were so old that the digital copy is on a disk. So, we kept all of those and did not recycle them. The laundry hamper came from a store called Home Goods.
Show your Face I’d love to see who’s educating me your energy sounds like you genuinely care let your personality show and be more to the point (constructive criticism your great thank you)
I love this show, Alicia! I have an idea for a webinar, and I’ve decided to use a rVidi video to solicit topic ideas using the focus group approach. I will also use it for client testimonials and share it on my socials, newsletter, and website. I downloaded the app and will start practicing today! Thanks to you and Janice for the excellent content!
Hi Alicia! So I work for a small business... We have no infrastructure. What position or title is it, that is responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining solid business infrastructure?
Hi Mike! Thanks for the question. As a generic response (and without knowing anything about your company), I think a safe assumption is anyone who is in charge of daily operations. Some titles include: COO, Office Manager, General Manager, Director of Operations, etc. Hope that helps.
@@mlantz77 Glad to know this pointed you in the right direction Mike! Check out some of the latest videos where I give live consultations. I think you'll learn even more about business infrastructure and how to apply it.
Absolutely! Check out this video to learn more about how Lean and Six Sigma can be applied in small businesses: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Tx7sMeT0c_c.html
First of all, I would like to thank you for the podcast. My question is, is there any study that shows how many small business owners are using Six Sigma?
Thank you! I'm glad to hear you find the podcast helpful. You asked a great question - I'm not sure if that is actually tracked. My educated guess is that most small business owners do not use Six Sigma considering the fact that so many associate it with either large or manufacturing companies. @@EquilibriaInc I am sure you have a lot of rich content. I just listened to your introduction with Mohammad Ali. For sure I will find some time to listen to them.
