We had one small piece that we had to replace on the toilet for a tiny leak there. Other than that, it’s been awesome! My husband inspects the roof multiple times a year and reseals about once or twice a year. We did have a slide issue right when we got the trailer, but the warranty fixed it. Ours was built before covid. We bought it in April of 2020. I think the campers built before covid were better quality… but just my opinion. Facebook has several groups with 263bhxl owners. You could join one and search leaks and see what you come up with. Good luck!

Oh you’re gonna love it! It was actually part of the office building. So where the office is on the map, is right where the large bathrooms are! We were actually right next to the small bathrooms, but I walked to the office building because they were so much better!
