He'll yeah. I got a cx500 and it ant the fastest bike but riding it hard to the limits of the bike makes it a blast. That being said only expert riders should push a bike or themselves to the limit
I got 90 mph out of mine slightly downhill on the M18 in 1971, it was standard except for a lightweight front mudguard no chain cover and a pair of fat straight through megaphone silencers I had mates with CB 175's with twin carbs and I could outpace them on my single carb CD! Some machines are just special I think.
I had one of these way back when '76, exactly like the one in this video. I loved it, and regular did 140mph on those long range roads in Texas without any special tuning or modifications. But again, as said, that was not really what the Kz750 twin was about. It was a solid bike, a joy to ride, and frankly I preferred the quite exhaust note. I'd love to have one today.
Hmmmm think a 140mph Z750 twin has a very optimistic speedo, or is off a cliff face with a good tail wind. I would be surprised if even a true 110mph is achievable.....
Cool riding style. I've been trying to find recent Wuhan Honda CG125 videos, but most of the ones I find are from RU-vidrs in Japan who purchase imported Wuhan CGs. Thanks for sharing what's possible race-wise on the Chinese CG.
late 80 's had a 750 2cyl build from diverend z"s drove it a lot.....gave it in as a advance payment o a 1340 harley tour glide.....after a few mont's bought here back.....kept here several years sold her to a feinfs freif....sadly he totald her......still feel bad about selling here
It is quite a rare model, It stood in the showrooms alongside the KZ750 Four cylinder but with only Two cylinders it was by comparison slow and almost as expensive so not many sold. ( I was glad to get rid of this one! )
@@harryflashman3141 My first bike was a 1973 model. I didn't go that fast on it, although it was a reliable little bike I wasn't too confident in it's handling plus it had a tendency to "white line" on road markings.
