There is plenty of shoreline along the river in Port Dalhousie to fish from shore. This is accessible all year long and a wide variety of species are caught throught the year.
Hi Gordon , This launch is on the Lower Niagara River in Queenston. 5 River Frontage Rd. It's the only public ramp on he Canadian side of the lower river.

Hi James, The rod I was using is an Abu Garcia Veritas. 8"6" Extra Heavy. It works great for throwing big jerk baits and big rubber baits. Most retailers either carry them, or can order them in for you.
