Courage is not about doing dangerous things. Courage is doing things that you are afraid of, but still doing them. I do paragliding, hang-gliding and can walk the edge of the building roof, but I’m afraid of rollercoasters, so riding a rollercoaster would be manifestation of my courage.
I prefer the term emotional detachment disorder to aspd. As a sociopath I don't engage in nor wish to be associated with antisocial behavior on account of an emotional disorder.

Ok, the steps left out is baby steps.. do it small at first... your mind goes blank, you say the first thing you see.. you get beat up to within an inch of your life.. you pat yourself on the back, not too hard, for sticking with the program. Next time your mind goes blank the first thing that comes up is fear of death, and in stead of saying nothing.. you now say that and get a laugh, because the question was: vanilla or chocolat? And boom, you are a hollywood actor.
OMG, there are no protips for having a sense of humor. After he’s said it you can see where it comes from; the trick is coming up with it from nothing. This advice is like saying, “If you want to be a standup comedian, just listen to Jerry Seinfeld and do what he does.” Reynolds is just funny; let’s give him credit for it and not pretend anyone can be funny by replicating after-the-fact techniques
But i try and give people space and do all these things, dont get me wrong i do okay but i think its more if you are over 6ft and already gorgeous this will amplify you. I still have to make up for things being a fit short king and roll with punches
