You make an excellent point at 13:40. I've noticed that I misuse actual work or busy housework to distract myself. It's no different than gaming or surfing the web. There's that inner voice that says I shouldn't have yelled or have done something. I run from it with work and refuse to rectify it because of my pride. Like you, I'm trying to reflect on these things and act more wisely. I wish I was given wisdom about this when I was younger. Previous generations like the Silent Generation and before seem to have a common knowledge of human action like this that's just plain missing these days.
