(3:15 to 3:19) Three stage drying .Ist stage in the dryer chamber itself where the atomised milk concentrate is exposed to the hot air of temperature of 180 to 200 degrees followed by second stage in the integrated vibrating fluidised bed where half dried product is exposed to hot air passed from the lower side of the fluid bed.The third stage happens out side ,at extended bed dryer where the product is cooled to the final temperature .From the diagrams ,I can under stand that M/s Arihant uses a 2 back to back Cyclone separators for catching the fines which escape the fluidised bed. 3:28-Hammer in action for knocking down the milk particles sticking to the dryer chamber
