Hi, I have several diagnosis. I am chronically ill. I have been my whole life. It got very progressive and my mid 20s. I am now in my early 40s and have an expiration date and the 13 year son. I look disgusting. I’m not gonna lie. I’m literally like decaying inside and out. My mind is deteriorating. I mean I’m just a hot mess and there is like nothing that anyone can do except more diagnosis on. I really appreciate this video. I just feel like the comments about people believing you with your over 60 wasreally off I mean, I definitely think that in our society, the older you get the more devalued you are. That gets in the way and isn’t allowed to be cranky and is miserable and indecisive, and just a problem when in reality I believe all of any of those feelings are completely understandable for a human being going through such a traumatic experience being in the amount of pain that they are in. I feel like in comparison I am still treated like I have more value or I am more than I would be if I were older, but I otherwise feel like people of older age or treated very similar. I have always been disgusted. By the way, we treat the aging population , I am in the United States. I don’t know if you are for sure I am assuming you are and I am so sorry if I am wrong. I otherwise thank you so much for taking the time to make this video. I am having a really hard time, the only support I have are actually very abusive And have just been extra mean lately and this just made me feel very connected and at least somewhat safe to know that I wasn’t alone so thank you. So there is a common misconception that you have to move around to lose weight, you don't. Its calories in, calories out. As someone currently slowly losing weight i can give you what works for me: I personally replace a meal with a protein drink like muscle milk or priemer protien. I buy easy to prepare meals like microwavable ones. I buy frozen vegetables for less than 2$ that I can just steam in a bag. Same with brown rice. I also went online and figured out my BMR and figured out what i should be eating in terms of calories to lose weight. The main difference between takeout food is that they add a lot of sugar and fat to make it yummier and higher in caloriesand less filling. Also, eating out is way more expensive than just shopping at a grocery store. You can even bow order grocery store food from some apps if it's still a struggle. If you look at your packages and count your daily calories, you dont even need to exercise to lose weight. I would still recommend walking for the overall physical and mental benefits it has, but it isnt needed for weight loss. If you do love soda, just switch to diet soda instead of sugar soda.

All my friends are happy to have captions on, and they don't need them. It doesn't bother them. Lots of ppl want captions for different reasons, deafness is just one reason. The need for captions to be available everywhere is being recognised more and more 😊

Thanks, Rikki! I've been back-and-forth about starting an OF. My main concern is that I have kids. I know there are lots of OF models that are also parents, but yeah, it's a difficult thing to navigate... and I really don't want to start new accounts on IG, TT, etc... 😩 I do know though, that if/when I do create an OF, I will sub to yours ASAP! 😁🥰
You should look into Intermittent Fasting . A lot of folks use that tool to reverse their pre diabetes. I'm using it to reverse my diabetes currently. However, even if you don't use that tool I strongly strongly encourage you to do whatever it takes to avoid becoming diabetic. It sucks for real
Okay I maybe have some insight for you!! So I was consistently in the prediabetic range for maybe a year-ish. Before that, I had been living under my wildly abusive mother’s roof and one of her abuse tactics was limiting my food access and forcing me on diets that I didn’t need to be on bc she thought I was “fat” when I’m actually just built different than her. (I’m intersex so even pre-transition I had typically “male” build features consistent with cis men on both sides of my family.) After the Escape™️, I gained a lot of healthy weight! My new doctor told me when discussing pre-diabetic test results that one piece of advice she gives is to be mindful of the *added* sugar count for serving sizes; anything over 10g of *added* sugar (not *total* sugar!) should be treated as, well, a treat. What I think really turned the situation around though was that I stopped drinking sweet coffee almost entirely. My beloved grandpa passed away very suddenly and a mourning ritual in my culture is to stop drinking sweetened coffee for the first month after the death. Well, like a lot of the other mourning rituals I did, I continued long after (even now at the nearly 2-year mark), I stayed drinking my coffee with just oat milk - I couldn’t drink it purely black without feeling sick, but I stopped using flavored creamers, ordering funky flavored lattes, etc. Now as a treat I’ll get a flavorful cold brew or whatever but it’s not my daily preference anymore, I lost the taste for it. That, along with being a bit more mindful of added sugars in my snacks, and taking a job that involves walking and keeps me a bit more active, seem to have done the trick. (Just gentle walking - I have chronic pain, occasional vertigo/dizzies, and hypermobility, so it’s not fierce walking! Just leisurely laps around the building I work in with lots of breaks/pauses!) Last we checked, my levels were in the standard non-diabetic range. So, TLDR, cutting back on sweeteners/flavors in your coffee can do a lot, and while you don’t have to completely avoid a snack with >10g of added sugar per serving, being more mindful of them can help too.

That's interesting, topless book readings was something that never occurred to me to want, but now I realise I want it. 😅 Jokes aside, I'm obviously not an expert in any way, but the way I see it as an observer is that, if someone just wanted to see boobs on the internet, they could find them anywhere for free. I assume what people pay for is the personal connection with the model. So, I suppose it would be profitable to focus on that by individualising yourself. Like, telling your clients about yourself, helping them feel like they know you. Whether we like it or not, many men use sex work as a substitute for therapy, and many men simply want to feel less lonely.
I got an order for a video of me just sitting and eating a popsicle like a regular person at my desk and I was covered. It's amazing, hahaha. Like I have something filmed with one of those silly raunchy romance TikTok books and it's a fun time. I get to read and I'm actually covered with pasties since my face is in it but ayyy and I don't have to suffer from terribly written books alone LOL. And yes, personal connection is key!
I'm not deaf but I grew up putting captions on all of my movies. If a movie didn't have that option I would turn the captions on the TV. on. I always want them because sometimes things are said and you can't understand it. Movies honestly feel naked to me without closed captions.
Honestly if I accidentally booked a closed caption screening I'd be so pleasantly surprised. Then again, I always watch with subs on anyway, modern film audio mixing just doesn't translate to laptop speakers or headphones.
People are allowed to be mad at subtitles of the accidentally booked that film? It’s not about you, they are annoyed that they booked one they didn’t want
Everything in english is better w out captions 😂 their such a distraction and pointless if it’s in your main language unless you have some type of hearing difficulties captions and especially when you aren’t reading them or in a bad font are 🤮
That's your opinion which you are entitled to. Some prefer movies with captions and some prefer movies without them. I know alot of hearing people who actually prefer movies with captions. Accept that captions is here to stay as an option and allow people their preferences.
All of us use all our senses to understand what is going on. If we just relied on only on our ears we just get some of the information and be in serious trouble! 😂😂
I would have never understood some native foreign movies if I did not do this, plus most of the time voice overs are very bad, so I often like to see films in their own language with subtitles.
Hmm I was born deaf but raised aurally so live in the hearing world where my deafness is not an issue. I always wear my hair in a high bun so you can see my HAs and ppl still get surprised when they start to realise that I'm not hearing like them. So I can tell you there is no way of telling if a person is totally or partially deaf just by their voice, and quite frankly, I think your statement is both judgemental and stupid.
