POV : It's the year 2035. It means it has been 15 years since you started a new life on this foreign land, away from your home, away from your family. Now that you missed them so much, you wanted to call them, but you can't reach them because they changed their cell numbers. So when Gaga sing the part "Please patch the line", you cried as hard as you can, begging for someone to patch the line so you can call your mom again, after all these traumatic 15 years.
