Ya im over here trying to get years of that shit off a truck i just bought. Its not fun. Its got to layers of buildup and ive been scrubbing with scrubby pads and w/d sandpaper anyone know a trick to getting the stuff off.
Now, drive on a dirt road to see quickly that dust & dirt will stick like glue. You need to wipe several times to wipe off, but aside from removing excess it leaves a thin layer.
You shouldn't be recommending anything, you are obviously not an engine builder. Also why waste money on roller rockers for stock block engine? it wont spin the RPMs to make any difference. It wont make any more power but it will lighten up your bank roll.....
GEEZ MAN!!! WHY don't you show how to remove the plug from the back of the switch. I can't get the plug off on the truck that I am working on. BTW, there is a special tool used to remove the Bezels on the switch, etc.
It is, I found that if I want to clean it out since it’s on the top hose if I let the truck sit for a day, I can loosen it take it apart, rinse out the screen filter and put it back together without any loss of fluid
I followed this videos advice as well, 2 years ago and i posted a video about what i did on my 1970 f250 with a 360 engine. Worked. Well for me. Thank you! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-O8Lf9F3zSc0.htmlsi=s5ih0uXfW9AFnogD
Maybe I missed it, but what did you do for spring difference? Since the driver and passenger are different height in the 68? Did you notice a drop on either side or did it sit level left and right?
I researched that so a lot and couldn’t find a definitive answer that the springs factory ones have a side. At least the ones you order now I believe that may have been a factory thing to compensate somebody being in the driver side I don’t know. I had zero issue with one side being higher, but when you get the explorer springs, you can always put them side-by-side and measure them. If you happen to find one that seems taller make that one your driver side one.
I’m currently working on a 76 f100 with the same headliner. The wiring is all ran to where the radio is supposed to go. This might seem like a dumb question but how do I connect the speaker wire to the back of radio head unit? I’ve never wired a radio and new to all this. Thank you for your help!
