I’m not sure where this video was taken but I’m amazed at how calm she was. Where I live it’s illegal to get anything but an earlobe piercing at that age which is almost funny because my dad got my ears pierced without my mom’s consent when I was still a baby for some screwed up reason and I still can’t get over the fact that you can legally pierce a baby’s ears but can’t get literally any other kind of piercing until the age of 15 and it requires parental consent even then🤷♂️. I’m not saying it shouldn’t require parental consent but it would make sense to not give any piercings without the kids consent too and that includes babies. I love my piercings but I would have waited until middle school to get my ears pierced if I had been given a choice in the first place but piercing laws here where I live are just strange to begin with tbh
