I was getting the 3441 error from my new T-mobile printer, too. Luckily, I found some great tips online and now my printer is working. I had a wireless router from my last (more expensive) ISP. I plugged that router into the new T-mobile modem, changed the name of the network and password (in the router) to the network name and password of the T-mobile modem. Once I did this, my printer was able to recognize that my new modem needed a password. I entered the new password and the printer worked. I disconnected the older wireless router and the printer still connects to T-mobile. To do this, you WILL need a wireless router that you can plug into your T-mobile modem. I hope this helps!

Before you replace the print head(s), be sure to check several youtubes for cleaning the print heads, it's not hard and saves a lot of money.

Canon printers are TRASH. Mine randomly couldn’t connect to my WiFi anymore. Bought a brand new one, it connected the same day, then a day later it could never connect again or even be found on the list when I pull up the list of wifi devices. Tried all the videos and troubleshooting. Back to HP I go. Thanks for nothing Canon.

After 3 years of having this printer and it didn’t work I put it back in the box until today, I pulled it out and found this video & I thank you for this😂😂😂 I was so irritated sitting here with 2 different laptops and my hp was only compatible to it.. but the funny thing is the ink must’ve dried up cause it’s definitely not printing with ink on the paper but it works 😂😂😂 I needed this laugh tho

Nah! Ha ha. I've had this printer for 4 years. The ONLY way to print is via wired connection. There is NO wireless printing.

Mine never connects to my network. I just threw the last model printer in the trash because it no longer connected and now a brand new one won't connect out of the box. Taking this right back to where I bought it. Complete junk.

@@CanonUSASupport I downloaded the app. It took one minute and worked perfect. Do you get that i had to google ui to see what it means? You write manuals in tech language, then expect you tech explaination to be understood. I may be a dinosaur but I learned my computer skills back in the eighties through Plato which assume, correctly so, that I knew nothing. You guys think I know everything.

But after I entered my password, it said it couldn't connect. It said check PSK settings. What does that mean? -- OK it means wrong password I guess

Just use WPS code connection or directly wired to your network this setup isn't worth your time.

I had the same issue. I discovered that printer will only connect to 2.4gz wireless networks (modern networks are 5gz). Also, it works only with WPA2. THIS INFORMATION IS NOT TO BE FOUND ANYWHERE ON ANY CANNON FORMS OR ARTICLES. It was driving me INSANE. I just wish Canon can fix this issue by adding it to their documentation for other people.

Nothing I do works. I just get messages saying there's no printer on my network or something to that effect. But it's wrong because I can print from my smartphone.

@@CanonUSASupport After several hours of doing everything, I removed the device from my PCs list of printers and scanners. Then clicked Add Device, the PC found the printer, clicked it then it installed a bunch of drivers. It works now.

I changed WIFI channels. Now I can only connect via WPS or direct connect but I can't connect to the network with password as my printer won't prompt for it (pixma G4100)
