Very late but a lot of youtubers are low levels or not very skilled and turns people away from the game which is sad. You're the type that straight up sells the game with style
I just wish there were more animations with the hand to hand combat instead of basically seeing the same animations over and over, yet again its the same with knight after awhile. This gameplay does look satisfying af, lot different than how the trailer looked in the best way possible

See this why algorythim based stuff is garbage. Am i interested in Batman? yes. Do i like DC? yes. Do i like Video games? Yes. Am i interetested in this particular shitty video game with shitty writng, shitty mechanics, promoted by shitty double digit iq people who don't know any bather? No. No i am not. And yet here it is in my feed.
Depends to how you prefer to play. You want with guns? Red Hood. You want acrobatic fights? Nightwing. You want cake moves? Batgirl. You want flexible character? Robin.
downloading the game now for the black friday sale and holy shit you make the game look so fun. i still despise the 30fps (ty xbox series s) but im willing to experiment and carve out badass combos and setups shown here. also tht dropkick at 0:19 looks so sick. Tbh what i despise as much as the capped fps are the characterizations. Jason Todd is portrayed as a brutish meathead when they shouldve gone for an "Under The Red Hood" movie vibe (like arkham knight but more seasoned like the movie) where hes really intelligent and makes tough decisions. Just every scene ive seen of him in the Belfry has him out to be so stupid.
They locked it at 30 fps on consoles. But somehow with more than 60 the dialogues are faster than character mouth movement. I've seen in some games having that. 60fps is balanced. Recently they removed Epic on Steam version but didn't remove Denuvo. It really affects the performance and has fps choppiness because of it.
I've been planning on revisiting GK for awhile now, but I've been dealing w/ a bug that crashes the game whenever I get into a fight/stealth encounter :(
Tbh in spider-man 2 when i got the game for the first time the swinging felt pretty slow at first but the more upgrades you get for swinging like the slingshot thing it feels pretty fast and smooth
How come this game doesn't let you fight any criminals? None of these guys are capitalists, politicians, presidents, CEOs or people that rule over other people.
Actually you described the main story perfectly. The main enemy in the game is the Court of Owls, a secret society of politicians, businessmen, and other affluent Gothamites who have banded together to influence the city the way they want it to run.
@@woohoomusic5098 But does the game let you partake in any form of systemic change? Like not just fighting the individual actors, but fighting against the institutions of authority that let people like the court of owls have power?
@ColeGray-il6tm no it's not really that type of game. Game series like Just Cause and Far Cry delve more into breaking down tyrannical institutions and radical change. There's others like that but I can't think of them at the moment
@@woohoomusic5098 If we were to have a DC game like that, I think Anarky should be the playable main character. He's incredibly underutilized and would be perfect for that sort of thing. Probably wishful thinking though. DC doesn't want Anarky portrayed as a good guy, even though he's done a lot of heroic things in the comics.

What sucks about this game is they went with Avengers rng earnings. They probably thought how "successful" was Avengers and wanted to put MT in but after seeing being a failure and really grindy they went with not including MT in. It's very visible that the skins and colors are part of MT. They should've seen Insomniac's Spider-Man and made it to earn on the way of solving crimes instead of grinding on same just to get what you want. Whoever came with these ideas in the first place should be fired and never get accepted in any job. Games are supposed to be fun. Not to be a boredom grind.
