My fight or flight is my knee is a problem, yet it's difficult to replace me at work. I fell hard on the side of the knee. I normally do not have to be working on jobs due to I own the company. This is something that is not talked about enough. As a caregiver you feel the pain and the trauma. It is a hard job physically and mentally. A lot of people are not mentally strong enough for such a job.
