I really resonate with the “pick ONE thing to master” because of pressures to make a quick buck. I’ve made more money selling stickers and I could go and do pop up events and do semi decently, not fantastic as it’s a big time suck, but I’ve been training myself instead to focus on the work I want to be doing which is designing for and selling t-shirts. It involves a daily practice of affirmations, reminding myself that people do like my tees too, sharing my tees, and constantly reminding myself that this is where I really want my focus.
