Love seeing the Tahoes being built and wrenched on. God knows I love mine. Look at all that room in the engine bay, these trucks are some of the best ever built. Not only do they last forever with just regular inexpensive maintenance, but when they do break you don’t have to be a 30 tease mechanic to fix it, and you don’t need specialty tools.
@@jerryfw Honestly not too sure, I need multiple things diagnosed. Transmission, possibly transfer case I’m not sure. I drove over a railroad pretty rough & after that it flares going from gears 2-3. Wasn’t far from the house, so I drove it home with a loud ticking noise. The Dude I bought it from ,installed new torque converter. So thought it may have been a bolt loose but shop says I may be time for transmission rebuild. Already has rebuilt engine. After sitting for some days CEL thru P0300 & now cranks but no start. I’ve replaced a few things. Still no start. Also, oil pressure was dropping at idle. It has a new melling oil pump, so it could be the oil pickup tube? I’m not sure lol, this was supposed to be a slow project for me but every issue has just been piling up. I just need help bringing it back to life & would be very appreciate of the work after watching your videos.
