I have a brain injury and I put a pizza in the oven and for got about it and the oven class smashed my brain injury issues are making my life harder as I get older i sort of no I am going to end up in a care home life after a brain injury isn't a good life people don't care about you
People like You are exactly the problem with the U.K right now. You aren't from this country, yet with autism/adhd you thought it a good idea to move here? COME ON!! You feel you are entitled to come here and claim on our benefit system, which is already massively overstretched, as is our NATIONAL Health Service. Why don't you try your country of origin and their benefit system, as I can tell from your deeply accented English that you aren't British. You came here for an easy life.

@stuarto5162 Why? My family are taxpayers, higher tax band. It's about time the taxpayers had a say where their tax is spent. We now know we never get back what they pay in. That's not on!! Feel free to call the tax office and pay the higher tax bracket plus extra,all it takes is a phone call.

@stuarto5162 A much fairer system would be no immigrants can use the NHS or claim benefits. They should take out private insurance the day they arrive rather than pay towards the NHS. That way, they get the amount of health care they pay for. It's probably better than the NHS to be fair. That way, they get back every penny they've paid in. It's a win win.
Zach, when you had your review did you tell them at the start of the interview that you are going to record the assessment or do you tell the DWP weeks in advance?
Last time I mentioned that when I was sent back the form, no one has seen it because when I had the call and I told them that I would record the assessment they told me that they have to reschedule then and I said that’s okay I will not record this, so I won’t miss my day ,but at the end, I did recorded just for my personal use kind of but nowadays, I believe ,that you’re allowed to record the assessment even without their knowledge as long as you you’re gonna have it for your personal use

Today i had a 2nd pip assessment over the phone to get more information, it was about 2.30pm and lasted about 25 miniures, after it ended i turned off my phone to get some peace and chill out a bit, i put some music on, then banging on my door and i could hear shouting and radios, it was two paramedics, telling me i had been calling my GP threatening to kill myself, we never talked about low mood at all in the 2nd assesment and in the 1st i never said at anytime i was thinking of doing anything, all they asked me is if i'd ever had any suicidal thoughts, it was pretty embarressing, what my neighbours must think i dunno, i've no idea what the assessor has said to my GP sugery for this to happen, i was shocked, shaken and embarressed...They left and about 30 minutes later they were back banging on my door, this time with a member of the Crisis team on loudspeaker wanting to know why i had been calling my GP threatenin suicide when i had not, last time i called me GP was too book a nure app for a vitamin enjection...crazy...i have no record at my GP practice of suicide or threatening to do so, just some depression associated with long tern illness.
Does this include if you hold yourself and dont see going to the toilet as important and have the odd dribble? And does this include if you need promoting to wipe properly and for long enough after being on the toilet for a long time and being tired ? I have put those on my partners claim form these are new things that have just arrived the past year since he walked out infront of a car his healths got worse he can use the toilet but can't wipe etc properly due to being so tired and he hold himself until he has small accidents and thats only when he will go ! And he sits with tummy ache from lack of appetite and is on the toilet most days for long amounts of time! Is sick also included in this section as being sick is classed as toilet needs? If so he is sick on a near enough daily basis and we keep a sick bucket next to the bed i dont know if that will count though
hi karenrobinson, I understand your question and probably, or not, I would have had the same question as you do, but since I am living here more than a decade I don't feel like a foreign.. yes I am from another country , but I didn't wake one day and think to jump to a plane to come here and immediate claim the benefit. I moved here and I had a job more many hears and I was paying my taxes as well like everyone else , and I haven't even had the tiniest idea of what my condition was and I did suffer ( still do ) because of how my brain works and what caused. me until today ... I am grateful for this country for what they are offering to disable people and how they care about them .. but believe me if you knew how daunting, drained and stressful is to go for an assessment I wouldn't have claimed it if I didn't had my condition.. and since I am getting those benefits .. and I have see how the system works, I decided to do these videos to help other people even with with more severe condition/disability that they have fail to get the benefit , and trying to find ways how to get it ..
@DramaQueenStudioz I understand you worked for 10 years, but that in no way will cover the cost of your nhs,dental, and benefits. I'm not stating that you and other not British nationals shouldn't receive help, but I believe it should be done differently through paid insurance from the day you arrive. That way, you get back what you paid in,every penny from an insurance company. It's a win-win I have no idea why the government didn't implement something like this year's ago.
hello and thank you for your message about your concern or opinion, but to clarify to you and give you some clarity, I am not decapitated , I can use my hands, but I can't use them accordingly, because of the way my brain works( due to my condition) and what signals sends to my hands .. if you know what ism a hidden disability , and how dyslexia and ADHD can affect someones life on his day to day activities then am sure you can understand what I am trying to say on the video ..
They sent me form that was typed dated 3 April but I didn't receive it until 26th April, I filled it out and sent it back on 29th April using a first classed stamp, now today they sent a letter saying they didn't receive the form and my son's PIP has been cancelled
hi Marie, my first thought is that , because they have an automatic system ( I believe ) that it creates the respond after a specific amount of time.. now you might get another letter that they have already received the letter and they will look at it ... but what I would suggest you to do is to call them Monday morning and explained to them what you just told me so they can accept your delay .. also make sure to keep records , and everything you send to them by post sent it with a tracking number so you will know when was delivered
hi there .. the booklet that I used Ii got it from benefitsandwork.co.uk ( or .org) and from there you can get many updates .. rthere is tho a payment subscription I think £14 for a year .. thats what I have and I get all my updates .. if you need more details let me know
You get enhanced rate but yet you are clearly seen doing things in your channel you are clearly intelligent can travel and can do basic tasks without ease this is just the tip of the iceberg

I am not sure if you are aware that there is exist a term called hidden disability, its ok if you don't and if you knew how it feels , living with ADHD mixed type and how it affect my day to day living then you would understand.. plus things that I am interested my brain works perfect .. but some other cases .....unfortunately...it is what it is ? can I ask you what is your condition ? ( apologies if you don't have one) .. thank you

Isn't Britain great! You can come here from another country, and just claim PIP! He can't go out, or travel, because it makes him anxious and distressed, but he managed to travel to this country? Shocking!
Hey zac, Hope you're well. Sorry to hear of you're lovely dog, was very cute. I lost my dog on April 20th 2020, was 11yrs old, half german shepherd and half labrodour 😢😢. Also i have just recieved my first pip assessment date after applying in January. I Do like your videos, they cheer me up sometimes. 😂

unfortunately I didn't (and I still don't) had the money for private assessment, so I had to get on the queue with NHS , that I took around 2 years , maybe little bit less, but if anyone have there means for private ill say go for private , is a bit pricey for sure but it is worth it
Who diagnosed you ie psychiatrist or another specialist ? My adult daughter is being only offered counselling CBT we suspect her having ADHD we’ve been waiting 5 years despite my daughter often suicidal and anxiety! She does have learning disability ad she went to special education schools! I was thinking about private diagnosis but wanted recommendations hence why I asked if you went private !
A psychologist diagnosed my condition and I had a couple of them. It was online zoom consultation but again if you have the means for a private I will say go private now because you told me about the five years I think is too long time and I will suggest just to call your GP and, keep constantly calling them and asking them about any updates because sometimes they might forget or loose your request or something like that , and also ask them to refer you for dyslexia assessment to get an official diagnosed for l earning difficulties. fFor my dyslexia I had to wait again more or less two years and I had my assessment with , I think it’s called Hellen Karen , it’s a charity specialise in learning difficulties in dyslexia and all that jazz, and there I had one psychologist who did the assessment with me.
Video assessment?! wow I had a telephone assessment and the decision letter they said within eight weeks more or less two months and it arrives slightly less than that. I will suggest just call them back and ask for a copy of the assessment report just to have it in hand.
Bro you were terrible in your assessment you didn't give any valuable information. The fact that you had to explain it further after pausing it every time shows you left the nurse without any info to know your daily needs.
hey thank uyoy for your comments.. that my condition took over .. but even tho she shouldn't have had asked me more questions to elaborate ? this time my new assessor she was just perfect she asked me so many question and I gave them all the answers even if I didn't answer correctly , she then asking me with more clear question to understand better
Hi all just a question. I received my PIP review/renewal Form today. After watching some youtube Videos, People suggesting : Just to write "no change" nothing else like " i am still struggling...... just no change. Is that right ??
hey .. thank you for reaching out .. what they are suggesting and I do as well in my last video that if you are getting already pip .. for example .. if you are getting 2 points for the question 5.. not if you say yes is been changes etc etc .. then check how many points are you going to get from that question .. is it will be just another 1 point( that will not affect my overall at all ) or is it a bigger point that is worth it .. I did that to the question that I don't believe they will change anything to my points .. but I did give details to the matters that was importantt for me .. and that gave me less stress and extra time for my assessment .. let me know if this was make sense if no t.. DM me and ill help you
I was told I get no points for severe IBS because they don't consider clothing as an issue. I have to change my clothing if I don't get to the toilet on time. I also feel safer and more in control using pads but was told because I pay for them rather than applying through the GP which is more emarassing that that is my choice also... Nil points for toileting and incontinence. My medication doesn't always work..... The question is all wrong
No offence, but you say you can't read but you are reading from a piece of paper. I believe you have a genuine health problem, but your probably need to word it better.

I just got a text message saying we have awarded you pip and you will get a decision letter in 2 weeks does this mean that they have give me pip thanks for the content
Well done Robert… make sure to dcan the entitlement letter cos ypu will need it in the feature to get disacount etc eg the public transport discount .. check it online if you don’t know about it
Robert did have a phone call? I sent my back i got a message to say they may ring me or i will see there docter i sent them loads of infomation...i hope i dont have to see them or a phone call i car'nt speak becouse of my condition
if you need to speak to there m, have someone with you and that person could speak on your behalf .. could be even a friend or a neighbour ..someone who is taking care of you when he/she is around
I just got my Pip review form and I’m very stressed out. Did you have a social worker or a welfare worker to help you with the form or you just did the form yourself?
hi .. I had a friend help me filling it .. but when I had to complete the Universal credit form .. ( is almost the same as pip but with more questions ) I call the council and they gave me some helpful informations and who to contact to ask for help .. and actually they didi and they fill up that form themselves with me me ( over the phone tho)

Another question I have OCD social anxiety and learning difficulties take fluoxetine for my mental health Do you need a social worker to get the Pip because I don’t have a social work anymore because they’re close the case so will I still get my pip without of social worker because I don’t have no one to prompt me to do anything so I’m worried I won’t get the benefit because I don’t have a social worker no more

hi i started my pip claim in november 2023 as i have autisum for my whole life but i did pip bc i dont a assesment to confirm if i acctually do have autisum i had to meet 5 grades if i got 4 im not but i got all 5 i had to waited until 28th november to sent my form as i was waiting for the autisum letter to confirm for proof that i am i sent it in and i had a phone call on feb 1st 9am it took 1 hour as i have problem with learning socialising with others metting people problem traveling going out also Anxiety they said you will get a letter take up to 6 weeks to see if i got it FROM your experience do you thibk i got it the person on phone was nice but first time i done it
hi Rocketgoat, apologies for my delay.. fist I wish you will get it .. but from my knowledge the people on the phone they always sound nice and sympathetic .. nd wee fall to the trap.. so be vigilant about it .. nevertheless did you had someone with you when you had the assessment .. and also .. please is never to late , calla to the DWP and ask for a copy of the assessment report .. please let me know how they treated you

Oh My God am soo sorry to hear that .. thats totally unfair ... pleaSE try to gather any supporting evidence , and even if the mandatory reconsideration will come back with no positive results .. please appeal for the tribunal .. it will be a very stressful journey if you will go there .. but you have all the means to win this ..

The question DOES NOT imply what you are saying, the question asks "CAN YOU PLAN & FOLLOW A JOURNEY" I lost my HIGH (enhanced) mobility because of this question. I, as I suspect many thousands more answered YES to this question, because I can read a map or put a Postcode into a sat nav, because I am, I like to think, of sound mind. This is a TRICK question, it has NOTHING to do with getting around, it should NOT be in the MOBILITY section. I would put my mortgage (if I had one) that THOUSANDS of claimants had the enhanced payment put down to standard, because they answered yes to this question because they were capable of doing it because they did not realise it was about ANXIETY.
no .. because even if I answer the phone ..I had to put a lot of effort because I had to answer the phone.and is not an easy thing to do .. however this action is causing to me a great distress emotionally and mentally .. so this is impacting my life negativley .. is that make sense ...
@@DramaQueenStudioz Of course it makes sense to me. However, the way the assessor sees things may be different. A lot of the time the assessors will try to score people zero points whenever they can to meet targets. That's why so many people end up having to go to ask them for a mandatory reconsideration and eventually a tribunal. I am understanding of your situation regarding how difficult it can be for you by the way you have described how your disability affects you. Unfortunately the assessors don't always listen and often lie on their reports stating you can do something when you can't. I know, it's happened to me before.
If you can’t cook or have difficulty cooking fresh meal from scratch and are asked if you can microwave a frozen meal and answer yes would that mean you get zero points ? Although microwaving is possible, what if you don’t like ready meals? They’re hardly nutritious compared to a fresh one.
Well the question is referring to a simple meal , made of fresh ingredients. So you need to cut the ingredients… and microwave is when you have to warm it up ( I think) frozen food is out of the question .. hope that this makeS scene..
