God. If u want to destroy your tip, ferrule and wood from the shaft then give this lady to put a tip on your cue. Terrible process. Sanding the sides of the ferrule along with the shaft, using upward sanding and grinder. Perfect way to screw up your cue.
This video doesn't show how to put the last two pocket bolts in the side pockets after sliding the upper and lower rails together. I would like to know how you do that. Thank you.
I saw where you responded to my comment saying this video shows how to put the last two pocket bolt. I thank you for responding but i looked at this video again and it just don't show that. After you place the two horse shoe rail shapes upright on the table the video shows you sliding the two together sliding the last two rail studs in place but it doesn't show putting the last two screws or bolts into the studs.
There's clearly a dozen ways to kill a cat here. It's my personal experience to never use Rock hard putty again. It's ok, just not great. It inevitably chips out and leaves speed bumps in the playing surface. Beeswax is best as long as there's not deep chips or holes. Old tables have worn edges at the seams. I'll use rock hard sparingly in deep chips and top off with beeswax. Never used the super glue trick. Not sure if it helps but doubt it hurts anything. Leveling is a bitch, just be patient, go slow and you'll be fine. I do like playing cards as shims.
I guess it doesn’t matter which side goes up or maybe it does and if it does how can you tell which side goes up if it’s not marked on the cloth pretty simple question probably the only question that anybody would ask in putting a pool cable cloth down.
The cloth comes with a sticker on it to tell you which is the top side, and yes it does matter, the top side and the underside are very different. A professional installer does not need the sticker to tell which is the top side, but it's there as a reminder for anyone else who might not know.
And the place I sent mine takes 2 days. one to drop off soon as they open, and the next to pickup the next after mid-day. My repair kit is coming in today.
We have a flying fish and when we plug it in, the red light comes on, and we can control it with the remote control, but when we unplug the charger and try to use the remote control (with the pod switch turned on) nothing happens. Anyone have any suggestions for what we can try?
Where do you line up the pockets with the rails? Do you line up the rail face with the edge of pocket on the side pockets and where does the corner pockets sit with the rail ends? Does that make sense?
