Having fun in the outdoors. There is nothing more enjoyable than Hunting and fishing with friends and family in the great outdoors. So, that is what I am going to do! If you would like to contact me for any reason feel to email me at michael-welch@comcast.net. I would love to work with some companies with different products. Do not hesitate, contact me. Like always thanks for watching.
Nice man! Do you know of any good Alabama bass clubs for a co-angler/non-boater to join? I'd love to go have some fun with people but don't have my own boat.
Most everything I fish is a team tournament so, it’s not a co-angler type setup. You would have to find you a fishing partner yourself and then come fish with us.
It is not a club, it’s a fishing trail. Here is the link to the website. We just had the last tournament of the year yesterday. www.fishingwithjimaustin.com/events.html
Forgot the other trail is EZ fishing and can find them on Facebook here is that link and they still have a few tournaments left. facebook.com/ez.fish.39?mibextid=LQQJ4d
@@markcliftonfishing I just looked you up and I see you fish the Toyota series. So, you would not be able to fish any of these two trails. You are considered a professional fisherman.
I just upgraded to a 2023 Yamaha 225 and 3 months ago. I got 542 hours out of my old and lost compression in cylinder number two. I got 15 year out of the old without a problem until now. I think what kill it was the big silver filter on top of the VST was stop up and dry out cylinder number two.
Those pleasure boaters want all the grass gone but thats what makes the fishing so good in G-ville and even though the fisherman. Is the one that puts the most money toward the lake they will cater to the pleasure boaters they do Everytime and try and get rid of the grass
Forget the chatterbait you need to be throwing crawfish something. After the tournament everybody’s fish had spit up crawfish in everyone’s live well. It was a big thing everyone was talking about after the tournament. If you email at mchael-welch@comcast.net I will email you a picture of the whole crawfish that was in my live will.
That land is super thick now. Pine trees are 15ft tall and you really can not hunt in the middle anymore you just have to hunt the outsides. Catching them coming and going in and out the cutover now. You can not cut roads in the pines because the land owner don't want you cutting the pine trees. So, if hard to hunt now be the big ones live in there. It's ok if you have other places to hunt and just hunt the cutovers here or there.
Your videos are real good. Those bolts that required you to remove the axle are a pain. I'd cut the head off and pull them out the other way, then replace them in the direction they should have been. You could avoid a lot of work that way. Polaris has a few ornery bolts that cause trouble like that. I have used a piece of garden hose for front a-arm bushings. 🙄 Heated and
This is the link to the website of one of the trails I fish. www.fishingwithjimaustin.com/events.html. He only has one more tournament this year. The other trail I fish is the EZ Fishing. You can find them on Facebook. Just look up EZ Fish.

Thanx basshunter. New to me 07 Ranger and my pumps are not working. I've changed pumps on other boats, just wanted to see it on a Ranger. I'll be changing both thought!
I’m thinking about getting the ionic starting battery. I have the same motor as you and I know Yamaha doesn’t recommend lithium on there motor but I’ve noticed people using them. Have you had any issues with the motor because of the battery? I’d really like to get one.
I got a super deal on the motor which I can’t give out the price but a new motor is going to cost you $25,000. I got Yamaha’s 2 year extended warranty for free. They are having a promotion right now. On the warranty. Then I added 3 more year warranty from the dealer where I bought the motor for $3,500. So I got a total of 8 year warranty on the motor. The shop charged me $1200 for installing the motor and replacing two gauges. And was a deal also I had worked out. So, it is expensive road when replacing a motor.
Man I’m excited for your new engine, I can’t wait to pickup my new boat to arrive in the morning. I will definitely be on water daybreak Thursday gonna see how many hours I can put on my Sho
The fuel filter going to the high pressure pump was stopped up. The number 2 cylinder lost compression. That’s what the shop guy said. It dried out the 2 cylinder and with it been a two stroke engine no oil was get to the cylinders. Number was just the first one to go out. I was getting a low fuel pressure warning about a month before but I was slow to fix that problem. I had 542 hours on the motor.
@@thebasshunter Man that’s no fun. Atleast you got a new motor out of the deal! I just had my hpdi serviced at Perry’s this Spring and he completely went through the whole fuel system. Got almost 400 hours and hope she holds together for a while longer.
