I love Pumpkin Bonfire too, but fair warning, the first one I bought suffered from drowning wicks upon first burn. I exchanged it and the same thing's happening with this new one. I'm keeping it because I love the scent, but I'd keep an eye on yours. Hope it burns better for you!

@@JKC1138 I have not because I don’t care for it on cold sniff. BBW doesn’t do boozy scents to my liking. I find them a little too artificial & something just doesn’t hit right 🤔
@@katiesjoyfullife That makes sense. I wasn't sure if I'd like it after smelling it cold, but it's really nice when lit. It makes me want to try Coffee and Whiskey. Would you say that one's an exception when it comes to BBW's boozy scents? Does the coffee note balance it out?
@@JKC1138 Coffee & Whiskey is one of my all time faves. However, it’s not boozy to my nose at all, nor do I detect coffee. It’s a creamy fragrance that has the sweetness of a cream liqueur,but doesn’t come across as boozy to me. Love love love it.

I love pumpkin vanilla creme but i love graham notes. I feel like that should be named pumpkin s'mores or pumpkin cheesecake. Pumpkin smores smells like a spiced cocoa to me. Its okay but i like PVC more.. theyre both nice solid throwers.. if you dont like them id return them. No point in wasting your time and money! Hahaha god the hallmark movie storylines.. Why every one ive ever seen revolves around a single woman going back to her hometown for Christmas and her parents are super disappointed she isnt married yet so she has a guy pretend to her fiance.. they dont get along at first but they end up falling in love. Then the family finds out they were lying and some fiasco ensues 😂 and also the towns they live in look like the freaking north pole on steroids.. how i wish communities did really decorate every town like a little Christmas village like in those movies. Plus they get snow and i end up so annoyed watching those movies cause im in florida 😑😭 I'm excited for you to try marshmallow fireside. I love it so.. it is on the lighter side for me usually so my preference is creepy critters from goose Creek. Oh boy, thats MF pumped up to 10 and with a way stronger dark and smokey note to emulate halloween 🤤

I felt the same as you on the Pumpkin S’mores and left it in the store , to keep I think it was the chocolate note , seemed artificial to me . and I was really wanting to love that one !!
Don’t give up on Pumpkin Vanilla Crème .. I was iffy on cold but am loving it after burning! I do happen to love graham cracker scent but it’s not super prominent while burning to me. The vanilla crème to me is almost like a vanilla ice cream which gave me pumpkin pie ala mode vibes !! The throw for me was fantastic and I could still smell it the next morning. Performance also for me was great .. pooled evenly and no wick issues so far!
Marshmallow Fireside definitely should be in your wheelhouse, this will be a nice scent for Christmas. Sweather Weather will be burned in the Fall. One of my sisters is sensitive to fragrance, headache-inducing and just doesn't do right for her. Pumpkin Bonfire will be burned next year. Yes, Cuddle Weather was an online exclusive, and one on my wish list. This scent sounds good for Fall. The same with Radiant Red Maple. I wish you can smell online exclusive candles before you buy them lol. I picked up Wicked Vanilla Woods, Candy Apple Cauldron, Pumpkin Clove, Cozy Sunday Night, and Midnight Cocktails on Thursday. Some good and unique scents. Nice haul and happy burning.
I purchased Radiant Red Maple, Fall Farmhouse, Cuddle Weather, Pumpkin Bonfire, White Pumpkin, Pumpkin Clove, Cranberry Woods, and Sugared Lemon & Spice. All are new to me except Cranberry Woods which is a favorite of mine. Going to exchange Sugared Lemon & Spice. Just a bit too weird of a mix and I don’t see myself burning it in fall or spring. Sweater Weather is one of the candles that hooked me on BBW. I hope you like it. It is similar to Flannel if you have ever burned that.
I’m curious about cuddle weather. I have one in my collection but haven’t gotten around to burning it yet. I do like how it smells on cold sniff. I see it’s an online exclusive this year. I need to burn mine to see if I want more 😅
Pumpkin vanilla creme is my favorite fall candle. I bought multiple ones last year. Last year the performance was great. I have not purchased any this year yet.
Marshmallow Fireside is my all time favorite candle from any company!! ❤ I have never tried Pumpkin Vanilla Crème but was interested in it this year but now I am not sure lol I was intrigued by Pumpkin Smores but I will pass on it because I know I don’t like chocolate in wax. Is it just me, or does Marshmallow Fireside smell like it's going to be extremely light? Everything about the name and notes make me think I'll love it, but when the cold throw is that light, it gives me no confidence that the hot throw will be anything other than borderline non-existent.. someone, please, talk me out of this mindset? 😄

Ugh, so disappointing! But, thanks for confirming. Coconut milkshake (correct name?) from the summer collection smelled super light too, and that was sadly confirmed by many as well.. I had to work to smell both of them and that's a red flag for me lol. Kringle's Warm & Toasty sounds like it got it right though.
The White Barn pours for fall are leaning weak imo. Perhaps there will be a better pour in the other MF releases. It is normally at least a medium strength and throw. I have a couple older versions that fill my open concept easily.
Lovin' this haul 😊. Day At The Café is a repackage of Caramel Frappucino from Candle Day last year. Absolutely love it and the throw was high on it. (Clutching my pearls) 😲 OMG Katie burn that Pumpkin S'mores pleaseeee! If you still don't like it you can swap it out 😂. It's a really nice blend while burning. You picked up some of my faves!

Thanks for the update! I only managed to get through 4 candles in a July. I actually took a burn break for a couple of weeks. I think it was the heat - maybe not AZ hot but NC hot & humid. ☀🥵 It was kind of a nice break since I was getting a little nose blind from all the candles I got through in June 🤣. I burn my candles all night here in the bedroom, my eyes have burned (red eyes) even though a standing fan was going to keep me cool. It doesn't happen often. This is my thing unfortunately. Nice empties of which are on my wish list. I'm burning my backup of YC's Sand & Surf and started today BBW Coastal Cottage, it's an interesting herbal scent.
Not sure if you got the stranger things collab. I know you said fruity isn’t your jam but that 🍕 candle is ACE. Just herbaceous fresh pineapple. Unfortunately no cheese or tomato or dough note. I’m currently burning it with kringle’s butter croissant candle. 🤤
@@EvanRo I didn’t purchase from that collab, but it’s good to know that scent is good. My local store didn’t have any in stock & by the time it went to a lower price point, the excitement of the launch had passed.
Hi Katie, I would love to try the key lime. I have to tell you ecer since you mentioned sensitivity to certain candles, scents etc. I have been being mindful regarding my issues. I subscribed to RU-vid Premium which I plan to keep through the election season, just because there’s no ads at all with that subscription. I canceled my other music streaming service because YTP incudes a music streaming service to justify paying the $13.99 a month. I really wish they would allow customized ads.

I love Leaf Peeper. I want to try Warm and Toasty. I'll try it in a daylight or wax melts first, because of the amber note. I bought two candles last year, that had amber in them, and I ended up giving them away.

I finally bought Bourbon Bonfire a few weeks ago and it immediately became a favorite. I love Autumn Amber too, it smells very similar to KC Trick or Treat. I also really want Haunted Hallows! I think that one is going to be very popular

I really felt like receiving PR for this launch would have been disingenuous & taken away the opportunity for some other ambassadors who really like Halloween. I’m never passing judgement on anyone, but I knew that if I wanted to participate in this launch, I just wanted a little more control over what I was bringing into my home. I can always rip labels off & not feel bad about it when I spent my own $, but had I been sent them in PR, that would have defeated their purpose in wanting me to promote them 😂

I wonder if they did take in everyones feedback because I thought it was unusual that just after that fall sale was over of which I didn’t buy because of not being able to use your rewards I received a 20% code that said it was for members only. Then they just offered free shipping on all orders so I bought several $16.99 sale candles and got a terrific deal. I feel like at least they do try to make up for some of their poorer decisions. And yes I have this scent from last year’s qvc TSV and it was definitely boozy!
This was a new fragrance for the QVC CIJ TVS last year. I had a set and they were super boozy and strong. That's crazy that this year's version is so light. Bummer. Fun fact-I don't drink coffee either but love the smell 😆💜
Melanie loves this one. I never tried this one or the Coffee Shop one with the nutmeg, but I do love their Christmas Cappuccino candle. I drink coffee from the moment I wake to the moment I sleep. I think I'm immune to the caffeine by this point.
@@betsybabf748 😂😂😂. It’s a nice coffee scent, but not backup worthy for me. I think that’s mainly because I’m just “meh” about coffee scents in general. Plus, this has been so inconsistent in performance. After I filmed this, the next burn was greater strength but still low throw 🤷🏼♀️

I am the biggest Halloweenie ever! My house is decorated over the top, I have 4 Dept 56 Halloween platforms along with every square inch of my house decorated. Halloween is the only holiday I collect Halloween candles for the labels alone. 2022 Kringle had Witch’s Cauldron which is the scariest (not scary at all) of all my labels and I have candles from other companies I display on my many Halloween candle holders. That being said, I hate the way most Halloween candles smell (why I don’t burn them). I detest dirt, dank, earth, incense, and most patchouli and smoke scents. And I don’t do gore at all. Dreadful Dolly sounds good to burn, don’t love the label, and I’m not waiting up to buy it.
This is the one that jumped out at me because I love almond/amaretto scents, but then Melanie said it wasn't really like almond at all. I usually am not a fan of maple scents either.

For those of us who have never smelled HCD or any of it’s siblings, how authentic is this scent? When I get funnel cake at Disney there is never a spice note in it so that’s what’s holding me back from trying this one.
@@funforcatalina this fragrance (as well as HCD) honestly reminds me more of Disney churros than funnel cake if that helps. I have actually referred to this fragrance family as my “Disneyland candle” because it reminds me of being there. I’m pretty sure it’s all the churro carts.
I would like this one. I'm a eucalyptus fan of sorts and would be great to add to my Yankee ones. I like birch as well, more solely as a tree scent. Maybe this would smell like Dove Men + Care's Eucalyptus & Birch deodorant or body wash. If so, definitely in my wheelhouse. Happy burning. SW Bamboo Leaves is burning nicely.
I'm loving this one! I bought 2 on launch day. I was enjoying my first one so much, I bought 2 more. If it goes on sale, I'll buy a couple more. I agree the wicks burn a bit hot but that's probably why it performs well and keeps it's strength the whole way through. I was getting a solid 6.5 from the beginning all the way to the end with this one. 💜
