I think first you must take a napkin and unfolding. And you must give welcome drink and water after that you give card menu. And you must give Dinner roll for your customers and after dinner roll you must serve appetizer to your customers after they finish eat appetizers. Take out appetizers plate and you serve Soup after they finish your soup and you see dinner roll not finish eat do not take out dinner roll. And you serve Maincourse after main course done you must take out main course and dinner roll. After that move dessert spoon/fork. Don't forget always refill water guess.
1-Mistake is preplated food should should be served from left hand side of the guest 2- There was no straw in that guy shoft drink glass 3- After main course all cutlery should be cleared while clearing main course except dessert cutlery 4- After main course clearance scrumbing should be done 5- while clearing dessert course spoon & plate should be arrange properly in tray
No there is deffrence between american n Silvar service, American food preplated service always serve from the guest right hand side, bcos no need to use service gear.
