Dalmore 35 is not better than Louis Treize! Which was on the shelf in front of it. Don’t get me wrong, Richard Patterson A.K.A. The Nose is an amazing gent and makes great whisky, wouldn’t pay $250 for that bottle.
Also, for the love of God bartender, clean your Yari and chill your glass. Not even sure it was draft ice, and for a $700 Manhattan maybe a better pic for garnish. Flamed orange with cherry finish???
