Thank you! We went September 18-30 last year. We’d heard about the crowds during peak season too and thought end of September was perfect - both for crowds and weather!
Hi! We went September 2-12 and were both really comfortable in the outfits we wore. I imagine the back half of September wouldn’t be too different. Maybe just adding a light jacket for the evenings! Hope you enjoy!!
Madrid was super super cool for me, the architecture, the environment of the city ( by parts like New York by parts like Paris) was a total surprise. I was in Chueca the LGTBIQ+ area and it was amazing, super super cool. Barcelona good but a little overrated in my opinion.
I surprised myself by liking Madrid a little more! I expected to like Barcelona better, but Madrid felt more comfortable for some reason. If you’ve been to both, do you have a preference?
