Simple. Straight forward for a rookie or beginner to learn. I’ve found most videos don’t show the “EXACT” fishing line setup. From reel to the end. Appreciate the straight forward info
THE OSCAR GOES TO. . . . . . . The Ruffed Grouse😂 The same thing just happened to me when I was checking out a lake to fish at south of Edmonton, Alberta yesterday. I was trekking through brush because there wasn’t a beaten path or game trail to walk on. All of a sudden this ‘thing’ came out of no where. It scared me so bad! I don’t think I’ve ever screamed so loud ! It sounded like a crying, whimpering dog. It was freaking out, puffing up, squealing, flapping its wings and hissing at me. Because it was flipping out and sounding injured I then thought I must have stepped on it and hurt it. After the fear left me I then followed it for about 10 minutes to see if it was ok. As I’m following it I remembered that some birds do that to bring the threat away from their young. I had to Google it just to make sure and I came across your RU-vid video which made me feel a lot better knowing I never hurt him/her. I GOT PUNKED BY A GROUSE ! So funny 😂
i saw the same thing today when i was hiking with my dogs in the southern Adirondacks 4 miles north of Gloversville. the hen had a bunch of tiny chicks who vanished into the ferns and the mother led the dogs away. at one point she expertly flew so i could tell the "injury" behavior was an act
@@BrandonBroderick Kayak Catfish check out this guy and get an example on how to execute the video properly, he does 4 hour vids of just talking & fishing. you got a great personality you can easily do this.
This is about the most useless musky vid that I've ever seen. There's maybeeee 10 seconds of a useful tip with letting a Bondy bait bound around on the side of the boat. The rest? Nada, zip, zilch. No depths, water temps (2 weeks ago 43 here, bit north 30s still), colors, presentation styles, ideal times of year etc. etc. etc. when casting or anything else. Better off moving the useful 10 seconds to the opening, and "buy my stuff" then wrapping it up in 15 seconds. Terrible. Just terrible
I'm a handliner who is getting more in to jigging. watched a lot of videos on it this off season to get pointers. This is the best. He explains the technique fully and the reasoning behind it. Other videos just show people showing off catching fish. I've caught hundreds, maybe thousands, of fish. I don't need to see that. I need to know how it's done with this technique.
WOW what a catch!!.I like your video, ,..because you like fishing..You might like this video on "Herring Run Video" ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-7dirlWUlDCQ.html. If you like please feel free to subscribe. I'm trying to get to the NEW RU-vid rule (they are hurting the little guy) of 1K subscribers!!!..after watching this..I just want to go fishing!!
Arguably the very best walleye guide on the Detroit river. He was just trying too help out others for fishing the river. Jon is a very nice person about answering people's questions.
