I'm pretty sure the SECRET OUTPOST note spawns on the first spacer (possibly pirate or ecliptic) goon you kill in your game after the tutorial stuff on Vectara and Kreet.
Honestly, I completed new game Plus on hard and then went straight into impossible and impossible It's really just hard difficulty. Hell I didn't even run into a single phantom necromorph like I thought it'd be actually harder than that. However, I will say I almost died and botched the run because of the regenerator getting killed by the shuttle. I didn't beat him first try and you get so overwhelmed if you let yourself
3:59 I got the magazine in Nuka world to get a bunch of strength at low caps so I purposely keep my caps very low and use ammo for money so yes this perk is VERY useful.
Good picks here. I would push back on Mysterious Stranger perk. I just dont think the stranger appears enough to warrant the investment. It needs some alternative way to increase the chance of stranger appearing like greater change at low health or scales with luck stat, etc.
as someone who exclusively plays on survival mode, aquaboy/aquagirl and leadbelly are LITERALLY the most useless perks, even in a situation that it can benefit from, its not worth the perk point when you can easily counter the effects of rads with a rad-x or radaway. just invest the point into lone wanderer or gun nut, literally anything is better than these 2
The best armor is:your favorite amulets, berserker cuirass, berserker waist guard, gauntlet of Zeus and the shield that allows you to charge up the attack for the flames of chaos
Another great farming method for the mid to late game is after bringing Kasumi home, quick save before opening her dad’s treasure chest to get a random legendary weapon every time. I got an explosive combat shotgun after about 10 minutes
My tech ability was only 12 and I even think I only had to open a door w a 3 test, FYI. I got the sword but the box was already looted for me. I’ll just buy the Mil Apogee in Dogtown. Thanks for the vid!
The Gauntlet Runs races in itself (i.e., the riding) was pretty simple. Just don't view them as racing, because simply moving the direction buttons isn't enough to turn. You'll have to face that direction for it to take effect. Regular machine riding is the same in the game, so it became instinctive for me during the race. Maybe it seemed weird for those who didn't do much machine riding outside these races in the rest of the game, or even in HZD. But I felt its the same mechanic as it has been in both the games. And since I play with keyboard and mouse, it was pretty simple. Arrow keys to turn and move the mouse at the same time. Shooting with mouse buttons which is quite usual. Its possible that with gamepads, there were too many buttons to press simultaneously, which becomes easier with keyboard and mouse
I went full strengh from the start, which ended up being the second set of armor I ever got, and neverl really felt the need to change through the whole story
