I love Hallandale and agree with everything you mentioned. Orlando is more of a metro vibe especially with all of the new developments. Both great in their ways.
They don't have a name but were built off Grant st. None of them are on market, but have sold for just under 600k. I can definitely get find you some similar townhomes in the area.
If I'm not mistaken they were the Fern Creek 10, but that isn't associated with the townhomes. There is one for sale at the moment! I can set a private tour for you if you'd like.
I ran as fast as I could to the festival as soon as I saw ypu guys eating the almond phylo , so good, had to return the final day of the event for a second one, also I tried the pop tart, it was surprisingly good. cant wait for next years arts festival. Next flower and garden :)
There’s a huge reason for that, builders have to follow city building code guidelines. You see this layout often because it’s been approved time after time. Which allows the builder to spend less time and money on a design that might not work. The cost of building goes up significantly which means that the buyer will ultimately end up paying a lot more for the townhouse. We see this with new custom builds like park lake 10 and the Brix.
@Benjamin Milian yes like two days ago, I live near by so i have seen the progress. is coming along good, its a completely face lift, more modern , although im not sure if the lofts will get any exterior change.
awesome, Do they have any condominium for sale, I haven't seen any new construction for condos like studios or one bedroom apt for sale in the downtown Orlando area.
Hey there these are no longer available but I do have others that are similar. Text me at 321-324-8771 or email me at ben@urbnorlando.com I can send all info to you.
I'm Indian, why did RU-vid recommend this to me 😂 ? I'm not even moving outside India. Weird algorithm but hey your videos are really good. Continue doing ✌️
That's the thing about townhomes, they are really close to one another. The community and walkability make up for it drastically though. Did you want to go check it out in person?
Hey what do you think of these? I see these 1950s bungalow renos to midcentury modern / contemporary modern pretty often I kind of want to get one but I'm worried it's just a cosmetic upgrade & they have underlying issues still because they're so old. Do you think a house like this would have underlying issues like with wiring/plumbing etc?
Thats a great observation and question. Any resale home and EVEN new construction may have underlying issues. With older homes, it's having a good due diligence period to conduct all necessary inspections that will bring to light any defects or issues that there might be. This includes electrical, plumbing, wind mitigation for the roof, structure, and WDO. To answer your first question, I think the renovated bungalows are great for those who want something thats been updated in an existing community. Especially, now that prices have gone down and there is more room for negotiations. Would definitely like to assist you finding one that fits your needs.
