If I have to believe anything concerning this man coming from NPP and NDC and their surrogates which has no credibility other than stealing Ghana money for their campaign or whoever is funding them they will be paid back as soon they get into office. If we are serious how can we have the Ministry of Roads and Highways and Ministry of Transportation and Ministry of Railway can be merged and have the Science and Technology Ministry but Education, sports, and Science be merged and food and agriculture and fisheries can be merged and ministry of finance and trade can also merge, ministry of interior and defence and ministry of gender can be merged, ministry of health and ministry of sanitation and of can also be merged and works and housing ministry and ministry of Energy can be merged and information ministry and communication ministry can be merged
