I was having a problem trying to purchase something on SoundBooth theater and the customer service helping me was so quick and helpful in getting the issue sorted out. :)
My first experience with Jeff was on the Dungeon Lord Series, by Hugo Huesca. It was also my first time with the LitRpg book format. He and Annie Elliecot gave me an experience on Audible that I'd never known before. Long before the awesomeness that is Carl, he really introduced me to phenomenal audiobook performances, with music, multiple characters and such.
I recently completed the series and these videos are so insightful. I hear you’re reading The Way of Kings next! I might have to join the book club as it’s one of my all time faves.
I'm obsessed. I've listened to DCC over a dozen times. Every new book, I do a full relisten as well. Jeff ruined other audiobook readers for me. He doesn't just read, he embodies the books. Bucket list event - Jeff and Matt as co-dungeon masters for a D&D campaign. If DCC ever gets a live-action project, we need Jeff to remain as the A.I. and Donut. Kinda rooting for Jensen Ackles as Carl...
I actually listened to Life Reset before i ever picked up Dungeon crawler Carl. Highly recommend. Jeff is one of my favorite voice actors of all time. Was great to have Travis Baldree who is another one of my favorites do a spot on the latest book.
HBO and Max are the only places i can see that will do this amazing series justice they have the money and they stick to source material but i pray it doesn't fall into the hands of Netflix, Amazon or Disney cause they are known to completely butcher source material and then cancel it after one season
He is like Aleron Kong's twin from another mother..... Cashing in on the series and putting it out again with a "theatrical version" as a giant money grab while the writer's block has froze the series
Goes to show that the costumes don't matter , now we have comic accurate costumes in service of lazy , poorly written and repetitive movies . Back then people understood that what made the comics great wasn't the cartoonish and bright colored aesthetics , but the stories and characters .
