When fishing on the bottom can you initially manually crank the fish for a few feet then set the pole back into the rod holder and use the electric to finish bringing it up?

Hi! I am trying to inspect the same section but I am unable to remove the apron on mine. May I ask what you did? I have the same engine and it looks like there are two bolts behind holding the apron together. However, the bolts are held on by nuts which rotate when I attempt to unscrew the bolts. I can't seem to get a tool in there to hold the nut while I take the bolt out, so I was wondering if you had a tecnique I could use to remove the apron. Thanks!
Question sir, I have a Simrad in my Bennington Tri-tune boat. When using the chart, the depth contour lines are black and the background is dark blue….very difficult to read. How to change the background from dark blue to something more readable, like grey or something with more contrast. Thanks, Brad

How did the testing go for that combo? I just got the same and I know the reels are legit as I already have 2 of them but not sure about the rod. My tackle shop sold the combo for $139 so it was almost like the rod was free as the reels are usually almost that much. Look forward to your response.
They are great. we slayed the sheepshead and black drum with them. My son could cast them and not get tired and the have the backbone to get the job done.

I need a fishfinder with who I can fish the deep waters around 280 meters deep abou 800 feet and still see the queen andnruby snapper and fish the tilefish Also it must have side view down. Scan and 2D. A 7 to 9 inch is enough for my 14 feed boat for this moment.. And fir prevent sea sickness she can use ginger juice. Squeeze the juice of a fresh ginger and mix it with lime lemon with some row natural honey and some water and drink it the night before and one hour early to go to the sea.. take some of that mix juice with you on the boat .. she can shew some jinger pice during the trip bud not constantly. Don't dring milk or milk product during the trip. Green Salad woth avocado and something salty will be great.

I’ve been on boats over 50 years, been a licensed Captain for 25.. Ive never seen someone use the holder as a guide.. That was slick... I’m adding a few new rod holder to my boat and thought I see how others do it.. Guessing on the angle requires filing it out to get the correct angle for the holder to sit properly.. Thanks for the tip..
How well is your 175M Ducer performing in deeper water? I have dual Evo3S units networked with the TM275LHW. If I add the TM185M for bottom structure, what steps do I undertake to ensure the frequencies of both Ducers do not conflict / interfere with each other? Cameron
