you're a jackwagon. you looped the back hook the wrong way through the Snell eye. All those hooks dangling like that is a total nightmare, wont hook a fish as good a single larger hook or even a double hook stiff rig. any pro will tell you the same. just another unskilled kid that doesn't know the first thing about rigging trying to act like he does. get off youtube with this garbage content
If you want to get more technical, try tying a bait loop knot because you can do 2 of those knots similar to snell, but you will be able to get away with 2 of those hooks tied on the SHANK vs the bottom one being tied to the EYE of the hook, which gives the fish the advantage to pop off... (This is coming from a barbless fishermen, which where if you do things WRONG in the barbless world, ull constantly be in a world of hurt.)
Do a better job of spacing your wraps and you don’t need that many wraps … the RP knot only uses five wraps and it pulls tight enough for me … there’s an improved Albright that you go through the loop at the end and wrap one side of that end loop where you started … try this if your afraid the tag end will pull out… it’s a good quick knot to tie for a smaller grade of fish …
Can anyone let me know, once the bait is cured, what do you do with it for future fishing, do you freeze it, Fridge it, or what? I know you bag it but what then?

You can use it over and over. It never rusts in my tackle bag. I use a knot less snell with a 25 lb mono filament leader line from Kastking for this hook. Its point is very sharp and can easily land a thieving fish. We landed many catfish with this hook. Best purchased in packs of 25 which should last you throughout the season.*
Use iodine free rock salt fish in my area not into iodine. West Coast USA, add borax soap too speed things along and final Tip mix your Iodine free rock salt with mortan brand course kosher salt. 2 different sized salt crystals makes for more efficient salt and Bait contact.
That’s the way I been doing it for years !.... but I don’t understand why u tied a polomar knot on the bottom hook... snelling the bottom hook first then the top would make it a deadlier set up...look at the difference between the snelled hook and the polomar knot and u can see how the knot exposes and presents the hook gap when u set the hook...
Really helpful especially for us older anglers with bigger hands... clear, concise, and your hand movements followed the words.... too often other vloggers go too fast... to follow along....

Great info definately didnt know about scallops on the rocks..... I guess another thing you can take home is bloody rubbish. Every time I fish a rockwall j collect rubbish while watching my rod tip. I. Ashamed to say Perth fishos are pretty bad at leaving there rubbish behind🤨
Theres a much better way to do this by looping the line opposit ends against each other laid along the shank of the hook and then wrap with the looped part of the line. Old Japanese method. Much better as the main line wont be able to move through the eye back and forth.
