I was there back in 2011 to 2013 before the big px was built. no shit i had the cleanest room in 1664 instructors from wire, radio and intelligence would bring new marines from mct to my room all hours of the night during field day or even the weekend liberty so they could see how to clean a dam room, it still blows my mind how some ppl could not grasp how to clean something, my ssgt even had me write up a field day guide for the new marines to follow. I sometimes wonder how long they used that after i got my my medical board finished and went home but probably not long sense they changed leadership alot because of instructors picking up class with the marines awaiting training. Man i miss those breakfast burritos for real. Made alot of good friends and memories there. If anyone has ever heard of the marine that got stuck in bmat for 2 years because of a fractured spine t3-t7 that Marine was me...
