Hi Jeffrey, thank you for the comment. Unfortunately I think the Giles transfer had more to do with the player not settling than actively wanting to move him on. If the player was settled I think the club wouldn’t have moved him in January but given the situation it was the best move for the club and player.
My apologies Andy. So here’s the deal. We recorded a podcast. I made fun of Alex because he had technical difficulties. I was so smug. Then while editing I realized the sound (my only job) was horrendous. I tried to fix it and made it worse. That’s what I get for being smug. Lesson learned 😊 - GD
I'll give you a comment! Rob is assuming, correctly I think, that two of our first substitutions each game will be the wing-backs so we effectively need 4 that could start hence signing Giles. Once he decided to let Fred go out on loan, even with Bell as cover, we still really needed to sign one more.
