Pardon my begging, but I find both pepperoni and mozzarella to be FLAVOR FREE. Same with avocado. Can someone tell me what pepperoni is supposed to taste like? Please!
@@frankschwartz7405 you’ve probably eaten the turkey-pepperoni, that’s used in most franchise and non-Italian owned (mostly kabab) shops because they don’t use pork, for more inclusivity, I hate the turkey stuff it’s revolting, real Italian pepperoni (or german) is so flavoursome. I’ve eaten pepperoni and it’s even tasted like liquorice (in a nice way)
You want. To work with dough when you take it out of the refrigerator that’s when it’s best for spreading and such room temp dough is not good hard to keep it’s shape and supper solf
Just like these guys below, this IS the BEST (watched at least 49!) I have seen on this subject.. Vocelli pizza video (I think) ...I thought this was a cooking chan ..turned out to be a politico-car dealers chan...great pizza stuff, tho !!
Hi, Seems that you know this guy ! Does he work for a pizza chain or he is an independent pizza maker ? I am just curious :-) any way , I think he is the best :-) Thanks in Advance :-) Cheers
Made one today by myself! It's super easy to stretch the dough. One thing to keep in mind : put enough flour on the dough, so that it doesn't feel anymore sticky on your hand. If you can put enough flour on the dough, the rest of the stretching will be easy. In fact, you'll be able to toss like a boss on your first try. 😁
