@@lananafisa5032 in most iterations Joker was technically the first “Red Hood”. He wore the original costume when he fell into the tank of chemicals that turns him into the Joker. When Jason was first brought back in comics, Talia Al Ghul trained and mentored Jason. She gave him the Red Hood helmet we all know and love as a gift when he came back to Gotham.
I never like when Batman's belt is translated into 3D as a stark yellow. Looks so goofy and out of place for a character being "one with the shadows" and stuff. (Adam West is the exception tho)
Jason in this game would have been better if he was Red Hood to begin with, have Batman figuring out who Red Hood is, to keep the mystery plot while the audience already will know of course, like watching the under the red hood movie
Honestly, I would keep him at Akrham Knight... because, cmon. It's literally on a name. But abandoned the whole mystery and let his identity be revealed early on, and focused more on how Bruce reacts on this. Because let's face it: even people that didn't know Jason *existed* before had realised he was Akrham Knight because of how the game suddenly introduced him through flashbacks despite never being mentioned in the last 2 games before.
@@patkub3214 but one of the biggest issues was that Arkham Knight was advertised as a Rocksteady original character and it was just Red Hood with a different look and name
Technically in the Arkham universe he never died. He was just tortured for a year in Arkham Asylum by the Joker and then his death was framed to hurt Batman. It's why he was so vengeful on Bruce, because he didn't come to save him sooner and replaced him with Tim very quickly.
I think the idea of a character like the arkham knight was cool and the design was done very well. Especially as batman was confronting him and it came to look more like the red hood outfit. I think it's actually a great idea to have him become the red hood as he tries to become his own hero instead of him just showing up as the red hood I just never liked the name "arkham knight" for a character who has little or nothing to do with arkham. The explanation of him being held in arkham wasn't enough imo to justify it. I feel like they should have called him prometheous or given him the name of some other c lister from the comics.
Fans were told that this was going to be a new villain for the game. I personally was disappointed that it ended up not being one. It would have been fine if they never said anything, but I was excited to see what they were going to do and how it would turn out. It's still a great game, but it was just a let down with what they did.
@@McDayWalker02 right. Most of the time I see this move it looks like the player is just doing it at a random time. This was very deliberate and the result shows! Resource heavy, but 63% is 63%.
People can shit on Arkham Knight all they want, I'm just glad that Kevin got to do a story angle that is very important to Batman Comics lore in some way - 'A Death in the Family'. Eventhough Bruce Greenwood was good in under the Red Hood, that was Kevin's part.
Honestly dude I just started playing Geras a few days ago. I’m still new to the character. My buddy Temp taught me all the Geras tech I know. His channel is in the description, he has some tutorials and gameplay up and is way better of a Geras player than me.
