Clariancy Pavilion Centre has damaged my friend's leg skin to third degree burns while undergoing an IPL treatment. This incident took place in June. It was agreed upon with a mutuallysigned letter that clariancy will bear all medical expenses towards this incident.The damage was so severe that even after 9 months the scars still exist. As a result she consulted a skin specialist and have been prescribed medication, However Clariancy refuses to make payments as per their letter. She has shared this story on their FB page but Clariancy deleted the comments and blocked her from the page. We would urge everyone to be extra careful while visiting this centre.
