Hi , yes it is very hard to get at present. There is a company in Tassie, that sell a product that is also fine to use. I purchased some recently, but have not had a chance to use it yet. The company is called Bramblier this is their link www.bramblier.co/ I will do a video on it soon.
Hi, and thank you for watching. The titanium dioxide is for whitening. Cement All will give a more grey colour. I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any further questions. 😊
Hi, and thank you for watching. I personally have never used that product. I have heard of people using it, but I am not sure what they are making. I have only ever used Earth Safe Sealer for any candle jars, as I know it is safe. There is also a company called Bramblier that now have a sealer that is safe for candle use. This is their link. www.bramblier.co/product-page/sealer-natural-matte-finish-water-based For trays, if coming into contact with food I use Howards Wax -It-All wax, as it is food safe. This is the link for them www.howardproducts.com.au/products/wax-it-all-255gm.html I hope this is of some help to you. Please reach out if yo would like any further information. 😊
VERY nice, my friend! I’m in love with the pink & black vessel! Do you remember which pigment you used for that pink? I have all of Homeware Designs pigments. Lol.
Thank you friend. That pigment is a powder oxide that I purchased from a local home and garden store. It is a red mixed with a small amount of titanium dioxide. Maybe I could mix some and ship it to you?😊 The Homeware Design I use mainly in Hydrostone.
@@roccdecorfragrances It is such a pretty color! I have some dry pigments, but not in a pink, or red. Mine are more earth tone colors. Your vessels just always look so very well done & beautiful.
I’m doing well, thanks! I’ve received 4 new molds that I’m very excited to try out. Hoping they turn out as beautiful as yours! Are you still doing candles???
@@MackieJackCreations That is good. I am sure they will look lovely. Yes, I have been testing some new wicks, and trying some double wicking with some that were not performing well with a single wick. I am trying to do a video on making a candle in the next couple of weeks.
@@roccdecorfragrances That’s great! I will watch for it. I’m not doing candles as much, but still do every now and then. I have changed my business up a lil, and am now auctioning shoes/clothing, and making my own custom tees & hats. I have really gotten into making the tabletop fire pits. I enjoy it so much.
Hi Roz, love your videos, beautiful work. I noticed in one of your other videos that you were looking into becoming a stockist for the earthstone sealer. Just wondering if you have that in stock yet. Thankyou so much ❤
Hi, and thank you for watching. Nancy said she was looking into freight companies, I have followed up a couple of times but I am still yet to hear back. Sorry!!
Hi, thank you for watching. This is the the link for the seashell mould. boowannicole.com/en-au/collections/all-concrete-jesmonite-molds/products/mystic-seashell-tray-silicone-mold I hope this helps. 😊
Hi, that is the 4" tulip from Modern Craft Labs. I have just started purchasing a similar shape I like better from an Australian supplier called the bloom. Their company is Lemoulds, and they are in Tasmania. Dirk from there has made a couple of moulds for me now. Thank s again for watching. 😊
@@roccdecorfragrances I love it. I’m in the US, so was wondering a couple things. 1. Is there a discount code for Lemoulds? 2. This mould, you said is a 4 inch? I’m assuming after looking at their website, that it is the 9.2 cm picture? I’m not used to cm’s, but if my conversion is right, that should be the mould you have here? Thanks so much Roz. Oh, one more question .. 1. The Princeton Jar, did that come from Lemoulds also, or Canadian Moulds??? Thanks for your help!
@@MackieJackCreations Hi, I am not sure if they have a discount code, maybe email and ask them. The Bloom mould is a 4' diameter, Inside diameter is 10cm and 6.4cm H. The Princeton jar is from Kirsty and Bill at Canadian Silicone Molds. You are very welcome. 😊😊
@@roccdecorfragrances I ordered 2 moulds from Dirk at Lemoulds yesterday, & told him you had referred me. I did get a 5% discount as a new buyer. I will wait a bit for the Princeton mould. It’s beautiful, but $$$ …. 😂
Hi, thank you for watching. I purchase the hydrostone from a company in Sydney called Barnes. That along with the other items I use are listed in the description part of the video. If there is an item missing please let me know. 😊
Hi, thank you for watching. I use pigments from Homeware Design Co, they come from the UK this is the link instagram.com/homewaredesignco/ I hope this helps. 😊
Thank you for your video. Can you tell me how you achieve the colors in hydrostone? Do you use pigment in a small amount of hydrostone and then pour them together or is it something else? Thanks for your help.
Hi, thank you for watching, and sorry for the late reply. I use 1 drop of each colour for most give them a swirl with a wooden skewer and pour. I hope this helps.😊
Hiya, I was wondering if you seal the exterior as well? I've just started experimenting with Hydrostone and the base of my molds feels quite chalky like I should seal it. Thank you
Hi, Thank you for watching. If your jars are very chalky on the bottom, you may not be letting the mixture sit for long enough before mixing. I normally let my sit for around 12-15 minutes depending on the weather. If it is hot around 10. I hope this helps. 😊
@@roccdecorfragrances thanks so much, will definitely try that as have only let mine sit for about 5/6mins. Also regarding the sealer, I was just wondering where you get the earth safe one from? Thank you
Hi, Thank you for watching. I started using cement all, so I had a rough idea from that. I can make two of the same jars, one with Cement All and one with Hydrostone I will use less Hydrostone than I will Cement All. 😊
