For Check Valve test, I don't know how the water can be "continuously draining" if you have shut off the water supply. Aside from that, my tank has the right pressure but it's empty.

We have a WGB32B, does this model have a pressure release button? somebody replaced the the filters last year and I did not notice if it has a button to release the pressure. I can see a hole on top of the filter housing, but I cannot see it clearly because the top side of the filter housing is very close to the shelf.

Hi dear customer! Some systems have this feature. Newer models of the WGB32B series no longer include the red pressure relief buttons. You can close the supply valve and open a faucet, or two until it trickles. This should create the same effect.

Try updating the videos. What is the little allen tool and little allen nut used for? The wheel locks won't go inside the wheel shaft for installation so yall forgot to show that part also

Hi dear customer! The FP25B sediment filter should be replaced once its lifespan is over. It usually lasts 3-6 months depending on your water quality and consumption. Very helpful- picking the correct set of filters was somewhat confusing to me though. Also when you reorder the filter set, the membrane is typically not included. I found a complete set to include the membrane on Amazon for around $78.00.

I have a WGB32B house filter: i am trying to replace the filters, the model numbers are FP 25B, FC 25B, and F6WGB32B. i can find the 2 filters FP 25B and FC 25B but can't find F6WGB32B. can somebody tell me if F6WGB32B filter uses a different part number or model number? when i see the 3 packs of filters it would show 1 FP 25B and 2 FC 25B.

However, if your water source has high sediment issues, I would recommend a spin down sediment filter to get rid of rust, dirt, silt, dust and sediment particles. The filter will also protect your other systems and fixtures, prolonging the life of them. Too bad the leak sensors are not wireless. Say you have this in your garge and want a leak detector in your bathroom that is on the other end of the house. How would you do that. Could you extend the wire? And even so, you would have to hard wire it in which is a pain in the butt. This is almost perfect. Just add some wifi sensors and have everything run off of that. Realizing that if you lose wifi your leak detectors will not work... also making it HomeKit compatible with alterts would be killer too. Getting there.

Hi. I just installed mine about 2 months ago and just suddenly stopped working. The tank has no water in it, it just stopped flowing to it. What could be the cause of that if it is not a pressure issue.

As others have said, this video should be taken down. The instructions given for how much to tighten the cartridges is ridiculous and it doesn't mention the need to flush the pre filters prior to restarting the system with a new membrane and that fills the membrane with carbon dust! Do better iSpring.

Lately I have been going through a filter a week for my house the one week I went through 5 filters. Our water is red even after our filter. Our well driller is looking into this but so far everything is intact. So we don't know where the mud is coming from. Will this filter system help us? I'm thinking I may need the large one for the amount of mud and sand we are getting in from the well.

The smaller sizes will remove the most sediment, but excess or large particles can clog them quickly and require frequent flushing. If you notice that you need frequent flushing, consider using a larger size screen and using additional treatment after the sediment filter to catch the fine particles. My system has stopped making RO water after 6 months of use. Changed all first pre-filters to no avail. What are the troubleshooting steps to determine what component has failed? The adapter’s output voltage is about 8.4V and water tank still has air pressure. The tank is empty and no RO water is being produced. Appreciate any help. Thanks.

Hi dear customer! Your inlet water pressure should be at least 45 psi for the RCC7AK to work properly. If your inlet water pressure is below 45 psi, a booster pump should be added. However, the systems with booster pumps require 30 psi as a minimum inlet water pressure. If your inlet water pressure is below, then what you need is a delivery/demand pump. what if the ASV was just replaced and I checked the PSI to 9 with the empty tank and it still won't stop running. I tested the one way valve too. it just runs.

how do I remove the Green threaded insert in the DI filter? I need the thread to connect to an already plumbed system

I test the exact way shows in the video I don't have drain issue I will try explain more my osmosis system one year old but I still replaced all five filters last week and I replaced the Tank itself again because I watched a video I thought Tank was bad Tank Air pressure without water is 7.5 psi with Full water 14 psi but in video mentioned full water tank should be 35 to 40 psi , my problem is when I open the drinking water Faucet the water flow not strong just slow even though tank is full water I wish I could download the video here so you can see how is the water flow my old Osmosis 4 stage filer water flow from faucet was very strong

not true I done this many times i even replaced my filters and tank still same low water flow

Hi dear customer! If you have already replaced the filters and pressurized your tank at 7-10 psi and you still have low water flow, it might be that you are experiencing a constant drain issue. ¡Hola! Depende del modelo del sistema que usted tenga. Si tiene un modelo RCC, la proporción de agua filtrada a agua residual es de 1:3. Si tiene un sistema con bomba como el RCC7P o RCC1UP-AK, la proporción de agua filtrada a agua residual es de 1:1.5. Si tiene el sistema sin tanque RO500, la proporción de agua filtrada a agua residual es de 2:1, y así tenemos más sistemas que tienen diferente proporción de agua filtrada a agua residual. Thank you for this great video. I bought my unit almost two years ago and am just now getting to install it. For some reason, I was thinking the hole required for the installation of the faucet was 1" and would like clarification. I am not sure what type of mods may have been made with this newest version.

You didn’t mention that old seals on the filters can get stuck in the bottom of the canisters…learned that the hard way. I had two stuck in the bottom.
