Yes, fairly amazing and I’m so pleased that these guys are keeping the brilliance of dire straits alive to the public today, congratulations. However, MK is simply a one off and I just don’t think that anyone can deliver on his level…at least the people who are imitating his material. When you can play like this guy here, would you not be better off writing your own material? Though I can understand in this case why it isn’t his prime focus, the lucky bastard is living the dream!

Mark knopfler - just getting better & better, nobody comes close. That said, I wish he'd go easy on the brass section - was a bit over the top on paraguay - 2011/13 he would introduce the band as they launched into paraguay - that was so nice. Come to think of it - I've always liked going home better without the sax. And yes, I'm so glad he chose to include silvertown in the 2019 set - a masterpiece made even better in this live rendition.
