Why do the all homes have the same house plans (mirror images don't count as different)? It's not a tenement yard/ subsidized housing rental. That's my biggest pet peeve.

This is beautiful its the first time i saw one with this size walkin closet. I love it you dont have to worry during a hurricane that the roof is going to lift off. Th kitchen is big with a lot of cubbard space just wow.

Nice execution on this house! I’ve seen many on RU-vid and this one was thought out properly. Only things I don’t like is jamaican builders never compensate for a free standing tub and seperate shower. Other than that very nice !

This is a very practical and beautiful starter home. These developers did their thing and the price point isn’t bad at all.
