Very nice and detailed review! I liked and subscribed! 03:30 brutally honest I guess 😂🤷♂️ Unlucky that day with all the screaming people haha 😂 Its such a pain to record then 😭😂 Nicely filmed!
i have mixed feelings about lauda. crew seems often exhausted and/or unfriendly, the seat comfort is horrible. i think the seats are the most uncomfortable seats i ever flown with. but in the end you get what you pay for, i guess..
I ve flown with lauda a lot of times and ill fly it again in february to malaga and everytime the flight was really good and the landing was also soooo smooth
I can second the security at Airports in Turkey. It’s the same setup in Istanbul with minimum 2 layers of security for all passengers and others subject to 3. To be honest, I don’t blame them at all, if you understand Turkey’s geopolitical situation and what’s been happening in the past few years, this would all be very natural for the policymakers. There’s a good number of neighbouring countries (Iraq, Iran, Syria) who have lots of paramilitary groups that hate the west (ISIS etc), and there’s still ongoing strife between the Turkish government and their ethnic Kurdish groups, some of whom will not hesitate to resort to violence to affect Turkey’s economy and safety record, with foreign tourists often being used as collateral in the process. Between this and allowing something catastrophic to slip through the cracks; in the process absolutely destroy the local tourism scene, I think the choice is obvious for the Turkish government. Since I was flying British Airways each time from Istanbul, I did notice a slightly heavier security presence at the gates than those of TK flights. It’s a sad reality, and whilst vast majority of people I encountered in Istanbul were lovely, it also goes to show that there is a significant group of people in that region who hate the west as well
I understand very much and thank you for you comment, but as someone from Eastern Europe and someone who normally travels around Europe only I'm not used to so much security which is why it became a bit frustrating, but I completely understand why that may have been the case! Thanks!😁
